This started off as a bit of R&D work for a client on how to make fantasy type crystals, but I got off track and ended up doing this dragon render. Hope you like it :D

Sculpted in Zbrush/Blender, texturing in SubstancePainter and Photoshop, Baking done in Blender and xNormal.

Steven Universe: Rose Quartz

I'll be uploading the pieces of a book shelf I made for the same scene as the Dragon Claw crystal ball. These books are stacked to line up with the other pieces. The books were made using the book AddOn, and textured with various book textures made by many other artists.

The Shadow Leviathan is a 60+ meter long Leviathan Class organism that can be found exclusively in large caves of Sector Zero of 4546B. It has a large triangular head with 3 eyes on each side, and a mouth lies underneath the head, which is bioluminescent and blue. The mouth is long, and also has many long, blue teeth. The shadow leviathan is a very oppritunistic hunter, going for any large prey, presumably because of the lack of any of large animals in the Crystal Caves and Fabricator Caverns. The few animals even there are small fish and bacteria, which is hupothesized to also feed the shadow leviathan's massive appetite. It is capable of nearly destroying a seatruck or prawn suit before letting go of you with its large mantis-like arms. It has a long eel-like body to easily move around large crystal formations.
