This magnificent armour made [King Erik XIV](https://bit.ly/2XHLbZ0) of Sweden look imposingly triumphant. In true renaissance spirit, the motifs on the armour were borrowed from ancient myths, the characteristics of which lent themselves perfectly to the Swedish history and national symbols of that time.

The armour was probably made in [Arboga](https://bit.ly/2FQKrGy), Sweden, around 1562, from where it was sent to Antwerp in Belgium to be decorated by the goldsmith Elisaeus Libaerts. The opaque gilt ornamentation has been [repousséd](https://bit.ly/2xuxmy0) from the back and chased from the front. 

Perhaps the armour was worn by King Erik XIV on 2 October 1564 when, following a military campaign in [Blekinge](https://bit.ly/2KUVNNQ) in the South of Swedan, he returned to Stockholm with his military entourage. Whilst winding its way through the streets of Stockholm, the procession was showcasing chained prisoners of war from Denmark, a motif that can also be found on the armour.

300,000 to 600,000 YA. The Homo erectus skull Peking Man is also known as Pithecanthropus pekinensis (Sinanthropus). The gray coloration indicates areas that were sculpted based on the original fragments. This scan was made as a collaborative effort between The Ohio State University [Department of Anthropology](https://anthropology.osu.edu/), the [Office of Distance Education and eLearning](https://odee.osu.edu/), and the [Department of Art](https://art.osu.edu/).

This prison facility in Mekit county, Kashgar was newly constructed following the crackdown in 2017. It has been constructed next to two lower security camps. 
This model is based satellite imagery taken in March 2020. Which showed it to be active considerably after announcements by Xinjiang officials that all detainees had been released.

These techniques can be applied to basically any project. I’m really looking forward to improving the process later on this month. Ghibli/Anime Style Rocks Smart Material

Loved the game. After finishing it I moved on to blender to create my own low poly Okami character. I used concept art from the game designers and also screenshots from the game as my reference.

Low-Poly Sekiro

Gresham castle was built by Sir Edmund Bacon in 1319, but it stood on the site of an earlier castle. It was forty metres square with round corner towers and a surrounding moat. It pass to the ownership of the Paston family who faced considerable argument and armed oppression in seeking to retain it and Margaret Paston recalls in her letters how Lord Moleyns attacked the castle with an overwhelming force and threw her out. In the course of the Paston Footprints project, a 3D model of the building is being constructed on screen and the drone photography for this image is part of that process.

Due to non-typical placement of collectors which are shifted to one side, a simple bathroom radiator gains a new character. Despite the asymmetry the radiator form is visually stable and well-balanced. Large spacings between groups of profiles as well as its quite substantial wattage make this radiator a perfect dryer.

This skull is a composite reconstruction of the *Homo erectus* specimen recovered from the cave of Zhoukoudian near Beijing, China. Peking Man is an East Asian subspecies of *Homo erectus* that evolved into modern Han Chinese. This fossil was discovered in 1923 during excavations in Zhoukoudian cave system outside of Beijing. This skull is dated to around 750000 years old and represents an important lineage of humans, helping modern scientists explain the range expansion of *Homo erectus* and the modern human populations of China. Along with the skull, researchers also found evidence of tool usage and fire construction, which supports the idea that *Homo erectus* was the first hominid to use tools.
