this fish is the first one for me to come up with an original common name and is shaped like a pancake, it descended from the armored floatfish to be a scavenger/filter feeder (platypleura scutata)

Its primary weakness is extreme photophobia; even a small spark can disorient the beast, and fire is its ultimate undoing due to its flammable skin secretions. Theories suggest the creature is a simple Compy by day, and this monstrosity by night, either way,  the Night Feeder is a pure killing machine.
