3D Printed Monitor Stand (Modular and Interlocking Design) for ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS Overview: This is a modular and interlocking monitor stand designed specifically for the ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor. It is intended to help organize your desk and elevate the monitor to a more ergonomic viewing height. The stand consists of four large main pieces and four smaller interlocking keys that connect them. The keys are designed to be inserted from the top, and when the monitor is placed on the stand, they lock the main pieces together, preventing them from separating. Design Versions and Improvements: V1: The initial test print for my own ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor revealed a 1.5 cm gap at the back, preventing a snug fit with the monitor's base. V2 (Recommended Version): This version has been optimized in Solidworks to eliminate the 1.5 cm gap. V2 is the recommended version for a cleaner, more secure, and aesthetically pleasing fit. Important Note: While V2 has not been physically test printed, its dimensions were corrected based on the V1 print, making it a better starting point for anyone who wants to try it. Printing Recommendations: Material: ABS filament is highly recommended due to its durability and strength. Infill: 20% Infill Pattern: 3D honeycomb Wall Loops: 3 Build Plate Adhesion: For ABS, using an outer brim is recommended to improve bed adhesion and prevent warping. Assembly: Print all 8 pieces (4 large main parts and 4 small key parts). The locking keys are designed to slide into the slots on the top of the main pieces, securing the entire structure. V1.1: An improvement on V1, this version introduced a wider exit slot for the toilet paper, enhancing dispensing ease. V2: This significant update focuses on optimization. The diameter has been reduced compared to V1, resulting in less filament usage during production. Summary This is a customizable snap-fit pill box, perfect for organizing daily medication. I designed it to be printable in Glow-in-the-Dark PLA so it's easy to find in the dark! This project includes 4 main versions of the lid, each featuring a different number of notches. This allows you to choose your preferred opening/closing "click" force. To ensure a perfect fit on any 3D printer, each version is provided in 3 different tolerance files (0.1mm, 0.2mm, and 0.3mm). In total, you are downloading 12 STL files to find the perfect one for your setup. Version Details (Notches) Choose the fit you prefer: V1 (16 Notches): Provides a very secure, tight fit. (Hard to open, good for travel). V2 (8 Notches): A standard, secure "click" fit. (Recommended). V3 (4 Notches): A lighter fit. Easy to open and close. V4 (No Notches): A simple, smooth friction-fit version with no clicking mechanism. Tolerance Details (How to Choose) This refers to the gap between the lid and the box. 0.1mm Tolerance: For highly calibrated printers. This provides a very precise, tight fit. (Confirmed working on my printer with PLA). 0.2mm Tolerance: The standard tolerance. If you are unsure, I recommend you print this file first as a test. 0.3mm Tolerance: For printers that tend to over-extrude or if you want a guaranteed looser fit. Fully print in place with no support required and no brim necessary with zero infill for little waste, both are suitable to fit on any FDM printer  Highly addicted and satisfying to fidget, it fits perfectly in all hands and is very simple to print  By request I made these 2 fun fidgets from the awesome original Easter egg storage pots from last Easter, now converted into these fun stress relieving fidgets  Super simple to print with zero infill, supports or brim with just Arachne walls recommended  Simply make sure your filament is calibrated and choose your fidget  Troubleshooting  For anyone who has difficulty loosening the joints please ensure your filament is dry and calibrated, ensure all supports are cleanly removed - each type of filament and brand can extrude at slightly different thickness which can lead to the joints sticking, this can be easily fixed however  If your print is stuck you should be able to easily free the joints with some pressure & if any still remain stuck please carefully insert a scrapper blade into the gaps and wiggle until the sections slide freely, this doesn't take long but can be avoided with finely tuned filament - please check the handy fix video below  https://www.youtube.com/shorts/fyvbujJthiM

This is a small dragon eye keychain designed to hold a 12mm glass eye, with an additional version that features a fully printed eye for an easy, all-in-one print.  These make awesome little gifts or “thank you” add-ons for customers, and they print quickly enough that you can batch a bunch at once without tying up your printer all day.  You can print these in multi-color or single color depending on your setup.  For the version shown, I used Bambu Lab Sparkle Alpine Green paired with Basic White, and it gives the eye a really nice contrast with a bit of shimmer. The Long Dog House Number Sign

This enclosure is designed for a temperature controller that plugs into a wall outlet and accepts an oven power cord as input. It switches the oven on and off to maintain a user-defined temperature, which can be set using the three buttons on the top of the unit.

The enclosure is intended to be 3D printed in PETG with a minimum of three perimeters (walls) for adequate strength and heat resistance.

Inside the box:

A small PCB with a voltage regulator steps the voltage down from 22V to 12V to power the main control board because I have used a power supply from an old ink jet printer.

The main temperature control board is a commercially available temperature control module (AliExpress).

All screws are M3 countersunk, used with 3.5 mm M3 heat-set inserts.

A small hole near the button openings is provided for the temperature probe wires.

⚠️ The maximum oven power is limited by the relay rating: 2500 W.
