This raccoon baculum, or penis bone, has a groove near one end. This groove suggests 	that a cord was once tied around the object, probably to form a necklace. Male raccoons 	are known for their sexual aggression, which means this object may have been a fertility 	symbol. This object was recovered archaeologically from the House for Families at George Washington’s Mount Vernon. Mount Rushmore National Memorial is centered on a colossal sculpture carved into the granite face of Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills in Keystone, South Dakota. Sculptor Gutzon Borglum created the sculpture's design and oversaw the project's execution from 1927 to 1941 with the help of his son, Lincoln Borglum. The sculpture features the 60-foot (18 m) heads of Presidents George Washington (1732–1799), Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826), Theodore Roosevelt (1858–1919) and Abraham Lincoln (1809–1865), as recommended by Borglum. The M48 Patton is a main battle tank that was designed in the United States. It was the third tank to be officially named after General George S. Patton, commander of the U.S. Third Army during World War II and one of the earliest American advocates for the use of tanks in battle. It was a further development of the M47 Patton tank. The M48 Patton was in U.S. service until replaced by the M60.The M48 served as the U.S. Army and Marine Corps's primary battle tank in South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. It was widely used by U.S. Cold War allies, especially other NATO countries.

M 47 Patton

This is a swimming animation of an adult female leatherback sea turtle (*Dermochelys coriacea*).  The [Loggerhead Marinelife Center](https://marinelife.org/) (LMC) provided rare footage of a female turtle named Mac nesting during daytime, which was used to reconstruct this model. Mac (ID 666; PIT tag 989001001220036) has a minimum curved carapace length of 145.4 cm and a curved carapace width of 107.5 cm. Existing data on leatherbacks was also referenced. CG artist Johnson Martin used these data to reconstruct and animate the model using Blender software.

George Washington Bust

The church of Piovà Massaia, attributed to Benedetto Alfieri, is dedicated to Saints Peter and George and was built between 1749 and 1774 on the initiative of Count Ricci, on the site of the ancient church of San Michele in Monte Cornigliano.
The building has the typical baroque plan of an elongated Greek cross and an imposing octagonal dome covering the intersection of the arms of the cross.
The two-bay presbytery has a barrel vault and dome with an elliptical base and ends with a semicircular apse with a ribbed semi-vaulted vault.
The galleries have barrel vaults and have carved and painted wooden balustrades.
The façade has two superimposed orders and three bodies with three entrances a large circular window and a tympanum at the top.
The imposing bell tower, whose construction began in 1779, recalls the Juvarra examples of Superga and the Alfierian one of San Gaudenzio in Novara.
At the top of the bell tower is the lantern delimited by angular volutes and surmounted by a metal spire.

Carlton Cinema Essex Road

One of my favorite places in Baltimore! It was designed by George A. Frederick (1842–1924) and is located in Druid Hill Park. 

"Established in 1888 as the Druid Hill Conservatory, the Howard P. Rawlings Conservatory has grown from the original Palm House and Orchid Room to include three greenhouses, two display pavilions and outdoor gardens...The Conservatory is the second-oldest steel framed-and-glass building still in use in the United States."

The Mercedes-AMG F1 W15 E Performance, commonly known as the Mercedes W15, is a Formula One racing car designed and built by the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team to compete in the 2024 Formula One World Championship.

This was the first Mercedes car fully designed under British designer and engineer James Allison since his return as technical director in 2023. The W15 was raced by returning drivers George Russell, and seven-time World Drivers' Champion Lewis Hamilton, the latter in his final season with the team. Andrea Kimi Antonelli served as a test driver.

The hotel was opened on June 17, 1890. The first hotel building, designed by New York architect George E. Harney, was badly damaged by fire in 1910. A new building was constructed and used from 1911 until it was closed in 1951 and converted into a college.
