Time to share this model I've been working on for a while! It's Ouro Kronii from Hololive Council! Really happy how this model turned out this time round because I put a lot more focus on having a practical mesh to work with when I go onto rigging (I even made blendshapes! haha ヾ(≧▽≦*)o). Because of this, I was able to make this pose a 'little' more dynamic than my other ones.

I also had her other sword model completed, but I didn't include it here because I wasn't happy with how it turned out. I switched to 3D Coat Textura since my Substance Painter license expired and I had to get familiar with the new software. I was initially happy with how the first sword turned out, but I got into the groove to things when I was texturing the second sword. It turned out much better and I couldn't be bothered re-texturing my first attempt. I also enlarged the sword so the pose would work.

Ouro Kronii

One of the UK's most 'decorated' or deliberately marked stones. The study by Andy Jones and myself identified 105 cup marks, and up to 47 linear features that radiate from or link them together.

This model was funded by [Cornwall Archaeological Society](https://cornisharchaeology.org.uk). The cup marks and grooves can be best seen with the "matcap" shader - selectable by clicking or tapping the Model Inspector tool from the 'stack' icon on the lower right of the viewer. Hendraburnick Propped Stone

This helmet features decorative grooves on the skull and the visor has been extended into a beak.

As late as in 1866, the helmet was thought to have belonged to King Magnus Ladulås (dead in 1290) and was on display in the Riddarholmen Church together with a suit of armour consisting of unrelated parts.

However, King Magnus would never have come across the helmet which was made in Germany in the 1530s.

This raccoon baculum, or penis bone, has a groove near one end. This groove suggests 	that a cord was once tied around the object, probably to form a necklace. Male raccoons 	are known for their sexual aggression, which means this object may have been a fertility 	symbol. This object was recovered archaeologically from the House for Families at George Washington’s Mount Vernon. Raccoon Baculum worn as Pendant (VCU_3D_2136)

This helmet is part of a suit armour with similar decorative grooves as on the helmet’s skull.

This type of armour is often referred to as Maximilian armour (after the Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I). The bellows visor on the helmet is also characteristic of this type of armour.

It was thought, during the 19th century, that the helmet had belonged to King Johan I of Sweden (who died in 1222) but it was later revealed that the helmet had in fact been made in Germany around 1510.

Vase

This stone slab lies 3m to the NE of the kerb cairn on the Monzie estate. It measures 2.5m in length by 1.5m in breadth. The upper face has about 60 cups, each with up to 4 rings. The largest ring measures 400mm in diameter and the cups are up to 40mm deep. Two cups have radial grooves and one dumbell was also noted.

Visited in Febuary 2022.

Polychrome plate decorated with the image of an underworld fish, painted in red and surrounded by six oval elements with central grooves, possibly representing aquatic elements. NAA of the paste indicates the San Pedro River as the place of origin or manufacture, although stylistically the piece corresponds to the La Corona region.

The spatha is a type of straight, long sword. It is characterised by its double-edged blade. It is typically held with one hand and is primarily used for cutting. The edges of this specimen curve inwards slightly towards the rounded, relatively short tip. The central part of the blade has grooves. Faint remnants of the wooden scabbard are visible on one side of the blade. Small areas with textile impressions are visible on both sides.

This object was digitized through the ‘Kulturerbe digital’ program of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport.

Spatha

Flat stamp or seal in the form of a star or flower, with five projections or points (originally six), each decorated with a series of three parallel grooves. At the center is a quadruped animal, possibly a deer (Odocoileus virginianus).

The ring is fitted with a setting. The setting has an irregular square shape with a flat base. Noteworthy features include the relatively high, diverging rear bezel and the high, grooved, converging front bezel, which has a raised edge. The setting contains an irregularly cut, semi-opaque dark blue sapphire cabochon. The ring band has an oval cross-section with a uniform change in width. The ring shoulders are depicted as highly detailed, sculptural animal heads with open mouths and tongues.

Tiquisate bowl

LOKA 02: Bhuvar (Atmospheric Plane) is the V2 “cable-relief” disc of the LOKA series, encoding Kolam threshold geometry as thick ritual cords over a nearly flat floor. 

The pattern is generated from analytic symmetric rose-curve weaving on a pulli grid (rigorous C₄ symmetry): a central mandala, 7 concentric weave rings, 24 weave bridges, and an outer border garland. 

V2 amplifies the textile logic into sculpture: cable width 2.5× (0.050R) with a cos² profile, ring height boosted to 1.80, a near-flat base floor (0.02), and pulli dots rendered as hemispheric bumps (h=0.80).

Alabaster or Marble Bowl with Handles

Best if this is for a fantasy or historical game.

The Sentinel Ballista is a heavy-duty, fixed-position defense installation. Crafted from reinforced bronze and weathered iron, this model represents the pinnacle of medieval engineering. Methyl-CpG-binding protein (MBD) is a family of epigenetic gene regulators. This model highlights the main features in chains A, C, and D. The main protein has been highlighted in red, while the short DNA helix has been highlighted in blue. Chain A is the MBD protein domain, while C and D are each strands of complimentary DNA. MBD proteins recognize methylated CpG sites in DNA and regulate transcription by recruiting chromatin-modifying complexes. Interactions occur at the major groove of the DNA and at the DNA backbone. studies found that MBD proteins are less dependent on sequences neighbouring the methylated CpG than previously thought (Liu et al, 2018).

Mushroom Stone with Grooved Face

A huge rock, with a very weathered surface.  Towards the top of this rock, there is a concentration of incised rock art.  Less than 20% of the rock art in Valcamonica is incised or engraved (graffiti-type rock art), the majority being produced by percussion, or pecking.  

Graffiti-type rock art is of two types, determined by its method of production. One type is produced by abrading the lines, know as the polissoir method; the other, represented here is by engraving, to produce filiform rock art.  Filiform because the resulting lines resemble thin wire, rather than the thicker grooves made by the polissoir method.

On this part of Rock 1, towards the right in the 3D model,  there is a group of incised axe heads.  To the left there is a further grouping of geometrical shapes, predominately rectangles, also triangles and house-like shapes - common themes in Western European filiform rock art. Many of these figures have internal decoration.

Valcamonica, Luine - Rock 1 (1) - Filiform

Rectangular green stone plaque with a longitudinal groove on the reverse. The form and dimensions may indicate that it functioned as a painter’s palette.
