Here again to give you guys another free 3D model. This one is a bit different as it is a complete scenario with some assets that can be used on their own with their respective textures. All assets are "LowPoly" with baked normals.
All the assets and textures were made by me, so feel free to use them as you want.

I made this scenario in 2020 and then forgot about it.  Few weeks ago decided to update it and upload it for free on sketchfab. Better give this to you guys than just taking space on my PC. 

Made in Blender and Substance Painter mostly. I took references from a lot of different trains and stations but you can tell that this has a BIG look a like with the NYC R46 subway. The subway contains a highly detailed driver's cabin, check it out!

So, this is my biggest personal project up to now.

It took me about 2 months of hard work, but i will give this for free, for your architecture - car - whatever renders.

A collection of lowpoly (1500 triangles each) birds, reprocessed in blender from Sketchfab 3D scans and models (have a look at my [other similar assets](https://skfb.ly/6AQyA), or at [this blog post](https://blog.sketchfab.com/tutorial-low-poly-assets-from-3d-scans) to know more about the process I used).

Not all of them turned out as I had hoped (because of poor original meshes), and I had to cut some birds legs not to spend too much time removing the supports (branches, rocks...), but I'm still quite happy with the result.

A .fbx as well as a .blend are available in the archive, along with a "credits" file in which you will find all the links to the original models. Most of the original assets come from [darwinmuseum.ru](https://sketchfab.com/darwinmuseum.ru) and [Innovation Studio](https://sketchfab.com/cmp_innovation_studio) though, so thanks to them!

Took me a while but it's finally done, im really happy with this model, the running animation was based on the fangame Sonic Freedom by tripplejaz, go follow him and hisashi eguchi they are awesome artists, made this model for my personal project im figuring stuff out on blender, problally gonna update this at some point in the future for now, i have some other stuff to work on, i hope yall like this! So here's a new stylized character model. This time I wanted to make something quick for the spooky season. I tried some new details on my own style. Not super happy with the result, but still funny to make. Hope you people like it.

Available for downloading. Made using Blender for modelling and Substance Painter for texturing (hand painted textures). Happy halloween everyone! :)

Another in the series of cemetery angel statues. This was a large one over 2 meters tall.

Processed using realitycapture from 198 photographs.

I used python and blender to precisely position (units are [parsecs](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parsec)!) 10000 stars from the [HYG Database](https://github.com/astronexus/HYG-Database). 

The star-planes are randomly rotated though, and keep in mind that the center icosphere representing the earth is exaggeratingly big - by a small factor of about 1.5 billion!!

The (short and ugly) bit of python script I used to make this visualization is available on [PasteBin](https://pastebin.com/0vhdGz59) if anyone is interested!

I am quite happy with the look of this model, stars use a transparent/emissive material mapped to the vertex colors created in blender (from each star "color index" if available in the database), and enhanced with some bloom to create halos... 

Next ideas: plot 100.000 neighbor stars, and maybe the Milky Way from ESA's [Gaia Archive](http://gea.esac.esa.int/archive/). That'd be really awesome!
