Low Poly Tangara.

The Tangara (an Aboriginal Australian word meaning to go) is a class of electric multiple unit operated by Sydney Trains in Sydney, Australia. The Tangaras were delivered between 1988 and 1995, and are third-generation trains. 

A Tangara is a double-deck four-car set, with the two outer cars being driving control trailers (carrying a D prefix) fitted with one pantograph each and the middle two cars being non-control motor cars (carrying a N prefix). They are equipped with air conditioning and chopper control.

Two subclasses of Tangara were built, the suburban sets targeted as T sets, and outer-suburban sets originally targeted as G sets. The T sets replaced the first generation of Sydney's electric rolling stock. The G sets were converted to suburban use and were re-targeted as additional T sets.

Unlike most other Sydney Trains rolling stock the seats on the suburban T sets are fixed, meaning that half the seats face backwards.

The Baby is a large creature resembling a hideous distortion of a human fetus. It has swollen black eyes, a gaping, toothless mouth and a slimy red body with slightly underdeveloped limbs. Its waist appears to be inverted, leaving its legs pushing backwards as it crawls forward on its hands; the result is a grasshopper-like profile. Its stomach has a large flap of loose flesh that trails behind it like a short, limp tail, leaving bloody streaks in its wake.

In May 2012, five sections of the hull of an armed Elizabethan merchantman were moved to Stoney Cove Dive Centre, some 400 years after it sank in the Thames Estuary. The site consists of a section of bow and 15m of the port side, as well as an anchor.

The ship is now part of a unique underwater museum display where it also serves to train the next generation of nautical archaeologists. 

Originally discovered in 2003 by the Port of London Authority, excavation was undertaken by Wessex Archaeology. The hull remains and associated artefacts, including iron bars, lead and tin ingots, pottery and leather were recovered together with 4 guns, one bearing the insignia 'TG' and the moulded emblem of a grasshopper, the mark of Sir Thomas Gresham (1519 - 1579). He was a financier and adviser to Queen Elizabeth.

Twelve tree-ring samples from the hull suggest that the timbers were felled in England after 1574.

The rig was created only for static poses, but I updated it a bit to handle animations better.
I'm giving it for free to anyone who is a fan of the Movie and wants to make some cool animation (or a better rig) for a small project or just for practice.

Starship Troopers: Arachnid Hopper

This single column steam hammer was built in 1907,  for  the opening of the Clyde Port Authority (Clyde Navigation Trust) repair workshops in Renfrew.

When the works closed the hammer was transferred, with other machinery, to the Scottish Maritime Museum.

It is an example of a steam hammer made to Rigby’s patent by the leading maker of such machines, RG Ross & Sons at their Greenhead Engine Works in Glasgow. It was used to forge replacement parts for the Clyde Navigation Trusts’s fleet of dredgers and hopper barges.

Steam hammes consists of a cast iron base plate and the hammer body which carries a steam piston and hammer head.

It was operated by pulling on the long metal lever on the right hand side. This released steam into the piston making the hammer head move down with great force.
A trained operator could vary the pressure the hammer head exerted - some chose to show off their skills by borrowing a watch, placing it under the hammer and halting the hammer head a fraction above the glass face.

A recreation of the allerting communicators of america Cyclone 120.

This is a 120 Decibel air raid siren compared to the later ACA cyclone 125. The cyclone 120 includes the superbanshee base and the Penetrator 50 back cone half as that half is simply the top of this siren and if you align the two models I've made, you will see this is true. This version includes a almost completely designspark chopper and my Banshee 110 Motor.

Blue  Chopper

A recreation of the Federal Signal 500 siren which comes in many configurations with this model being 8/12 port and sourcing my chopper from my model 2.

The other version I built has the cone like intake and a bigger chopper. This siren was produced in the late 1950s and sported a 8/12, 9/12,         8 - 12(DHTT), 8, 12 and 10/12 port configurations with there also being a dual horn two tone (DHTT), single horn two tone (SHTT) or single horn (SH) and they later were renamed BT, AT, A. 

This is a recreation of the non-cone intake federal 500 siren.

I've started taking time and designing almost entire sirens in designspark mechanical and then fixing issues in 3d builder and I have also been adding crap tons of detail to them too.

   A recreation of the TableRock alerting systems or sentry siren Inc. 40v2t vertical siren with a 10 port (bottom) 15 port (top) ratio (10/15). this version I made has the proper sentry siren specs all the way and also includes the legs on the inside, the chopper specs, and the two motors like the 16v1t-b/16v-1t siren.

A redone version of my American singal corperation Tempest 135 air raid siren.

So apparently I saw this photo from a video of someone's t135 in a backyard and the entier 'flower' or horn arangement is cut in half for this futuristic metal 'block' that takes all 8 horns and routes them directly to the chopper compared to the t-128

This siren is capable of 133.5 decibels at 100 feet and is the older brother to the ASC T1128
