Low Poly Hand - 3D Model

A quick experiment (edit: now a WIP for the [mechanimal challenge](https://blog.sketchfab.com/sketchfab-3d-modeling-challenge-mechanical-animals/) I just discovered!) with hard-surface, and I still have a long way to go !

This model is (more than) based on ["The Timber Beneath"](http://www.scoobasteve.co.nz/2013/01/the-timber-beneath.html), a wonderful sculpture by **Stephen Lambert**.

The different "organs" as well as textures were just randomly thrown around, but with some more practicing, I definitely think I'll start enjoying this style and find a nice designing/modeling/texturing workflow, to hopefully design original models some day.

Also, none of the mechanisms make any "mechanical sense", which is why I did not animate the model. As before, that could change with some more attention brought to details, and a little bit of thinking before acting :D

Pagan traditions were banished and pactitioners such as druids and seeresses faced endless ridicule, exile and often worse. As was the fate of the misfurtonate seeress Ganna, when she was roughly evicted out of the city, robbed of possessions, family, and dignity. Ganna swore of mankind and settled on top of a tall hill, far from - but always overlooking mankind that wronged her so. Desperation and loneliness quickly drove her cursed soul mad and she sought friendship and connection to the crows that never left her side. Still practicing dark magic she potters around the hill of Ganna daily, feeding the birds, catching fish and writing down everything she knows in scrolls and books in hopes that one day, someone will read them, will connect again, will accept again. But until that day, her birds will have to suffice.**

Although apples are often associated with carnal love, Gibson called his statue Venus Verticordia, or the turner of men's hearts and later recalled how he had

Working on a single armature was fine for the gears and base oscillating movement, but I messed up the shoulder joints area rigging, hence a messy wing movement... Learning was made though !

Note to self: learn to better use Inverse Kinematics contraints for those complex articulations ;)

**PS**: the default speed is at 0.1X, do not hesitate to tweak it.
