The cross vaults were a bit tricky to model but nothing compared to the texture baking (all the crashes while rendering drove me nut!!).

For my assessment at AIE I was required to design a room in a preexisting game that hasnt been seen while replicating the style and feel of the game also to include a Hero asset as well as other assets. The Hero asset in this scene is of one of the many coffins featured in the game which is scattered throughout and i also sculpted some statues to hold it up. I sculpted the coffin design in Zbrush initially while learning it so there are some slight imperfections and Im just starting to learn how to use Substance Painter.

Bloodborne is generally abondant with assets, texture, lots of statues and candles. The general feel of the game is very dark and gothic with a desaturated pallet and a blueish tinge throughout the whole game to tie it all together. I wanted for the most part to capture the feel of the game because its unique and captivating to be present in its world. It does have an underlining nostalgic feel to it and the idea is that your stuck in a dream. The Hunters dream.

This car is created from the Automation game. After extensive modifications, I successfully imported it into Blender for further adjustments. As this is my first attempt, the model may have some imperfections.

2024-GRB Skate Formula1(Alpha)

A homemade wood carving of a tiger carries a kind of presence that manufactured pieces can’t match. Every cut of the blade leaves a trace of the maker’s hand, giving the tiger’s muscles, stripes, and stance a raw, tactile energy. The grain of the wood becomes part of the animal itself, flowing like fur or tension beneath the surface. This doughnut was created in Autodesk Maya, focusing on clean geometry and a smooth, natural shape. Small imperfections were added to avoid a perfectly uniform look and make it feel more realistic. The icing was modeled separately, with subtle drips and uneven edges to mimic how it would sit on a real doughnut.

After modeling, the asset was unwrapped and taken into Substance Painter for texturing. A PBR workflow was used to build realistic materials. The dough has a soft, slightly rough surface with gentle color variation, while the icing features a glossier finish with roughness variation to break up reflections. Fine details like subtle surface noise and tiny imperfections were added to enhance realism. Overall, the asset demonstrates a clean workflow from modeling to texturing, resulting in a believable and polished final piece.
