This is just uploaded here with materials setup and fbx so it should work in Blender as the ascii file is not supported.  Hope it might be of assistance to some out there.  Textures are downsized to 2k but if you download the file from intel you can just overwrite them to use the 4k ones.  
If using Blender I advise downloading the GLTF version so all the textures are pathing correctly.

It has been used in multiple movies including 'Four Weddings And A Funeral' and ' Avengers Age  Of Ultron'. The church is open to visitors, usuall from 8:30am and costs £5.

Kang Jin Long - Introduction

Kang Jin Long, belonging to the dragon, is Kang. Protected by the big horn, it is one of the twenty-eight constellations in Chinese mythology and the second constellation in the east. It is the god of wind, like a fire bead, located at the neck position in the Canglong constellation, and is the essence of the Canglong, so it is named Kangjinlong. Its appearance and temperament are similar to those of a dragon. It is long, has scales, can fly, and is good at walking. In ancient books, people often see it playing in the water.

In "The Romance of the Gods", its original name is Li Daotong. After being killed in the Ten Thousand Immortals Formation, it was deified.

In "Journey to the West", it once helped Sun Wukong escape from the golden cymbals.

Velkhana - Introduction

Velkhana is a traditional dragon with the slim, upright body structure of Elder Dragons like Kushala Daora. Its scales and shell are a unique crystalline blue. Its head has a tiara-like crown of small horns. It summons ice to cover its wings, limbs, and tail. Its thin, lance-like tail is highly flexible and can jab at enemies.

An elder dragon said to freeze all in its path. According to legend, it can control the cold, and use its freezing breath to conjure massive spires of ice out of nowhere.

The Wolf Spirit is a character in the Chinese classical mythology novel Journey to the West.

The Wolf Spirit, whose Taoist name is Lingxuzi, swore brotherhood with the Black Bear Spirit and the White Flower Snake Monster. On his way to attend the Buddhist Clothing Meeting held by the Black Bear Spirit, he was beaten to death by Sun Wukong.

Full skull of a raccoon (*Procyon lotor*). Raccoons are nocturnal, omnivorous mammals native to North America. They are easily recognized by their gray coat, black facial mask, and ringed tail. Their intelligence and front paw dexterity have allowed them to adpat to urban existence though their natural habitat  is deciduous and mixed forest.

Cui Li Wu Shi - Introduction

Cui Li Wu Shi is a character in the game "Black Myth: Wukong". He first appeared in the third chapter of the game, Xiao Xitian.

In a mountain covered with ice and snow, there is a cave in a deep valley, which hides a vibrant melon field. A young monk is picking watermelons in the melon field, and a strange man wearing a green bamboo hat is watching from the side. The strange man set up three traps to test the young monk. On the surface, he was observing the young monk picking watermelons, but in fact he was secretly evaluating his judgment and wisdom.
