The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (chassis code W 198) is a two-seat sports car that was produced by Mercedes-Benz as a gullwinged coupe (1954-1957) and roadster (1957-1963). It was based on the company's 1952 racer, the W194, with mechanical direct fuel-injection which boosted power almost 50% on its 3-litre overhead camshaft straight-6 engine. Capable of reaching a top speed of up to 263 km/h (163 mph), it was both a sports car racing champion and the fastest production car of its time.

The 300 SL was inspired by Max Hoffman, Mercedes-Benz's authorized United States importer at the time, who correctly perceived a large American market for such a car. The company introduced the 300 SL in February 1954 at the International Motor Sports Show in New York instead of in Europe in order to get it into U.S. buyers' hands sooner.

The 8.0-litre W16-cylinder engine with 1,850 PS and 1,850 Nm of torque is at its heart. Bugatti has designed the drive specifically for use on the race track, and has optimized it in particular for higher engine speeds. For a start, both intake and exhausts systems were de-throttled to obtain a more spontaneous response, while four newly developed turbochargers build up more boost pressure and power at higher engine speeds. In order to cope with the extremely high centrifugal forces the whole dry sump lubrication system was redesigned, bringing also weight saving benefits. The cooling system is new as well, from the air-to-air intercooling for the engine (instead of water-to-air), to the carbon-titanium turbofan radial compressors to ventilate and cool the high-performance racing brake system.

The P6 ATAV is a light strike vehicle manufactured by PT Sentra Surya Ekajaya (SSE Defense). The P6 first appeared in public at the Indo Defense 2016 exhibition. The P6 is classified as a rantis (tactical vehicle) by the TNI.

For dimensions, the P6 ATAV is 4.6 m long, 2.3 m wide and 1.5 m high. For the engine, it uses a 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine with a capacity of 2300 cc. Its power is 142 HP at 3400 RPM. Just like the Flyer, the engine is placed at the back. As an off-road vehicle, the P6 uses independent suspension and a winch at the front. Despite being lightly armored, the P6 uses run flat tires and an automatic transmission. On a full fuel tank (120 litres), the P6 can travel 500 km and reach a speed of 120 km/h.

Turning the modern Fiat 500 into an Abarth meant lowering the ride, adding a turbocharger to the 1.4-litre engine (no mean feat under that tiny bonnet), giving it Torque Transfer Control for more aggressive cornering and improving the aerodynamics with side-skirts and spoilers.

The little Abarth is fast, very agile and plenty of fun.

The cope was sewn from red silk damask of the bizarre style (currently it is pale pink), brocaded with silk and gold threads. The fabric is decorated with plant motifs. On the right side of the belt, the Szembek coat of arms features an appliqué of flat multicoloured silk and silver thread embroidery. The coat of arms is placed inside a cartouche, under a princely mitre with the patriarchal cross on top.
The cope is the surviving part of a red liturgical vestment set. It was mentioned as a set with “Szembek coats of arms” in an inventory dated 1763. The founder of this set could have been Stanisław Szembek (1650–1721) – bishop of Włocławek, archbishop of Gniezno, the Primate of Poland, the abbot of Tyniec over the years 1709–1721 – or Krzysztof Antoni Szembek (1667–1748) – also a Primate and the abbot of Tyniec over the years 1739–1743.

"La date précise de l'édification de l'église Sainte Marie n'est pas connue. Ce que l'on sait c'est que Monseigneur Dalmace archvêque de Narbonne décède à Rieux en 1096 en venant superviser le début des travaux.

L'édifice est une retonde construite sur un plan heptagonal (Choeur à 7 côtés et déambulatoire à 14 côtés aux angles peu marqués). 

Les chapiteaux sont l'oeuvre de "Maitre de Cabestany". Les chapelles sont ajoutées au XVe siècle"

Ce monstre, à la fois reptile, chauve-souris, aigle et scorpion, est une figure légendaire présente dans les récits de la vie de sainte Radegonde, fondatrice de l'abbaye Sainte-Croix au 6e siècle et patronne de Poitiers. Selon les traditions, cette Grand’ Goule dévorait les religieuses du couvent avant que Radegonde ne l'abatte  d'une malédiction et d'un signe de croix.

Cette effigie, en bois polychrome dont la gueule est articulée, mesure près de deux mètres de long, Elle fut exécutée par le maître-sculpteur Jean Gargot en 1677, comme l'atteste la signature apposée sur le poitrail. Elle succède certainement à des représentations du monstre sur bannières.

Tractor manufacturer JCB has just broken the world record for the fastest tractor. WolFarmer took on the challenge and achieved a remarkable feat.

New speed record! This time, it's not a Bugatti Chiron, a Hennessey, or any supercar. It's none other than a JCB tractor! WolFarmer, a seasoned driver, pictured here with his machine, achieved this feat at the wheel of his JCB RacerX: he was clocked at 246.2 km/h.
Obviously, it's not the standard model that's capable of going as fast as an Audi RS6. It has been modified to allow its 7.2-litre diesel engine to develop 1000 horsepower and 2500 Nm of torque.
