Modular urban fence pack. This industrial urban fence includes 10 textures with various graffiti options. The gate is modeled to open and close. There are two post textire options (wood and concrete) which can be placed in between the fence sections. This modular fence can be custom positioned to fit your project. Billboard (.psd layered texture maps included)

This is a military style building that includes several animations. Style resembles a quonset and nissen hut shape. Perfect addition for your military base, apocalypse bunker or villian's lair in your GTA/CoD type project.

This security camera includes multiple animations and texture options. 

Animation options include: 90 degree sweep right, 90 degree sweep left, and 180 degree sweep.

Texture options include: metallic white, metallic black, dirty white, and filthy white (as shown in the pics below).

This modular privacy fence pack includes doors that can open and close, and two damaged fence sections. Damaged fence sections are designed for game projects allowing players or NPCs to get through the fence if required. Low-poly, game ready with each fence section between 100 - 1100 polygons. 

***This modular fence pack also includes 4 different texture options including both wood and stylized wood texture maps.***

Crime Scene Tape & Sign with Chalk Body Outline

This is a sci-fi stasis chamber. This model inculdes a couple different texture options for both green and blue glass, Additionally, I've included an empty chamber in case you want to include your own character. I've also included a static human character in case you don't want the floating human aninmation. 

This stasis chamber is the perfect addition to any sci-fi project. Game ready asset.

Bendy and the Ink Machine - Ink Demon (CH2)

Assortment of chalkboard signs (low poly, game ready).  Chalkboard signs have funny, interesting, or even offensive messages taken from the real world. This pack includes several textures to change the sign message.
