Each model has its origin located at its feet, so that placement in a scene is made easy. However, some refined scaling is probably needed as some children have become giants in the process...

This is just uploaded here with materials setup and fbx so it should work in Blender as the ascii file is not supported.  Hope it might be of assistance to some out there.  Textures are downsized to 2k but if you download the file from intel you can just overwrite them to use the 4k ones.  
If using Blender I advise downloading the GLTF version so all the textures are pathing correctly.

Hope still remains as long as the Last Stronghold prevails. Handpainted, animated scene made in Blender (in two weeks). It depicts an ancient Chinese gate combined with steampunk vibes and magical floating rocks. This strange theme and its style I delevoped in about a year.

The Last Stronghold (animated)

When the Nature and Civilization collide - they can fight... but they can also cooporate. This old watermill, bakery, the peculiar bridge, old chestnut, the farmer, the baker... they all are living proof that nature and civilization can coexist in harmony. This is my entry for the Nature & Cicilization challenge.

Baker and the Bridge

You approach the great ravine with intention to cross to the other side… There you see a something strange!  Giant metallic arms lift up an entire building and carry it towards you! Customs official who lives in a Mobile Home greets you and asks for a toll. As soon as you hand over the money - she invites you on board. “Welcome to house of between” - she says and smiles. She looks into a distance and frowns "Some stay here forever".

This animated scene was modelled in Blender 3.0 in a style I call STEAMPUNK CHINESE GOTHIC based on the assets I am creating for Unreal Engine 4 (Steampunk Town). Hope you like it!

In ancient Greek mythology Ethiopian princess Andromeda was bound to a rock amid the waves of the Red sea. Why? Her mother, Cassiopeia boasted that Andromeda is far more beautifull then all the nymphs of the sea! This angered the god Poseidon who sent a monster creature, Cetus (Ketos) to torment people of ancient Ethiopia. The princess was to be eaten by a sea moster to soothe the anger of the god! In the very last moment a hero - Perseus flew (on Hermes winged sandals) and saved the princess from the vile beast.

When researching Andromeda, I could only find white, pale damsels in distress. Angered by this I wanted to depict Andromeda as a true African princess. I disliked the concept of a helpless damsel and decided to give her some character. I also wanted to portray Ketos as a bewildered sea dragon not an angry whale.

Andromeda & Ketos

This model was **baked**. There is no way for me to fix the UV mapping as I do not have the source files anymore. This means that this model can't be easily retextured! However all the props that were used for this scene are available in the asset pack **Harbour Pack** on the UE4 marketplace.

Shipwreck turned into hideout

**Experimenting how to create an ice cube texture.**
It was pretty challenging to design this ice cube. The less material I used, the better. Also, by adjusting the opacity it gave it an ice cube effect.

Peachy Balloon (gift)

Sketchfab does not yet import the GLB camera animations. As a workaround, this model keeps the camera fixed and instead moves and rotates the whole world.

IMPORTANT: adjusting the camera position/rotation will ruin the trick so do NOT click and drag with your mouse.

Clearly lighting goes wrong, it's not possible to have shadows on the ground and the background picture does not make sense but it still looks pretty cool and gives a nice demo of the power of camera animation.

BluffTitler 16.6.0.6 features a FAKE CAMERA checkbox in the FILE > EXPORT AS MODEL... dialog to automate this camera trick:

The ride features 2 clothoid loops, a cobra roll, a batwing, a corkscrew, a hammerhead turn and a top hat.

Underwater environment

This is just an experiment with exporting a particle animation to Alembic format (.abc) from Blender.  I created the effect using similar steps as those shown in this tutorial (except I used a cube as the particle so it's lower poly, and I added randomness to the velocity, which I don't like in retrospect): https://youtu.be/k5WH5WY1Osc?si=Y1sfy87AwmzhI96m only up to the point where you start adding a material and adjusting render settings, since that is not necessary for export.

Initially I just selected the emitter and particle and exported them as Alembic with default export settings, and overall it worked remarkably well.  Sketchfab had no issue importing the animation.  Unfortunately though, without any adjustments, the animation's two stages (rising up into the air, then bursting) came out overlapped.  So I went looking for a way to fix that, and found a great Blender addon for baking particle effects by searching Gumroad for scaryplasmon CakeParticles.

In future tests I will remap the texture.

Haunted House (Halloween)

This scene is my tribute to **R.A.Salvatore's** fantasy book series about legendary **Drizzt Do'Urden** - the dark elf who rejected life of lies and evil ways of his family and was exiled by his kin. First three books of the series tell the story of how he managed to escape the depths of the Underdark and begin a new life on **the Surface**. Among his new friends there is a step-daughter of the dvarven king (Battlehammer) - **Cattie-brie**. Young  woman sees the dark elf for who he truly is. Quotations are taken from books 1,2 and 4.<br>

I made this scene for Hand-painted **[Storybook Scene Challenge](https://sketchfab.com/blogs/storybook-challenge/)**. Everything is done in Blender 3.0. All the concept art is done by myself based on my imagination, books, existing illustrations of Drizzt and Cattie and my life experiences.

You are Not Alone

This is a swimming animation of an adult female leatherback sea turtle (*Dermochelys coriacea*).  The [Loggerhead Marinelife Center](https://marinelife.org/) (LMC) provided rare footage of a female turtle named Mac nesting during daytime, which was used to reconstruct this model. Mac (ID 666; PIT tag 989001001220036) has a minimum curved carapace length of 145.4 cm and a curved carapace width of 107.5 cm. Existing data on leatherbacks was also referenced. CG artist Johnson Martin used these data to reconstruct and animate the model using Blender software. 

This research was done in collaboration with [Upwell](https://www.upwell.org/) and LMC, with special thanks to Dr. George Shillinger, Dr. Heather Harris and Dr. Kristin Reed of Upwell; Dr. Justin Perrault and Derek Aoki of LMC.   Thanks to Upwell for providing funding.

Carcharodontosaurus is a genus of large theropod dinosaur that lived in Northwest Africa from about 100 to 94 million years ago during the Cenomanian stage of the Cretaceous. The taxon was first described in 1925 by French paleontologists Charles Depéret and Justin Savornin as Megalosaurus saharicus, based on two fossil teeth discovered in Algeria, which are now lost. A partial skeleton was discovered in Egypt as early as 1914 by crews of German paleontologist Ernst Stromer, although he did not report the find until 1931. Based on this specimen, together with the teeth previously described by Depéret and Savornin, Stromer established the genus Carcharodontosaurus and its type species C. saharicus.

This 3D chess knight piece was created for educational purposes using Autodesk 3ds Max 2026. The model was built by following a spline-based modeling tutorial.

The workflow includes:

1. Using a reference image as a modeling guide
2. Creating the shape with custom splines and manually connecting vertices
3. Generating the volume with the Surface modifier
4. Fixing surface holes and adjusting normals
5. Smoothing the geometry using MeshSmooth
6. Finalizing the model and attaching the base using Boolean operations

This project focuses on learning spline modeling and surface-based techniques in 3ds Max.
