Beyond manual sculpting: this is pure computational topology. 
This model is the direct, deterministic 3D output of the Polytopic Archetypal Projection Protocol (PAPP).
The Origin: The mathematical seed is the "Flower of Life", the fundamental matrix of sacred geometry based on overlapping circles with hexagonal symmetry. Its 2D ratios were extracted and fed into our "algebraic transducer".
The Pipeline: The algorithm processed these constants via Continued Fractions and Pythagorean reductions, mapping the data onto a Fibonacci lattice in a 4D hypersphere ($S^3$). 
Finally, the space was projected into 3D via a Hopf fibration ($S^3 \rightarrow S^2$).
The Result (V309): The mathematical coherence of the Flower of Life does not produce chaotic noise. 
It forces the system to naturally collapse into a dense, highly interconnected, and topologically closed ($\chi=2$) spatial lattice. 
An architecture of pure algebraic mechanics.
Procedurally generated via the PAPP Framework (Python/SciPy/NetworkX).

I'm working on a personal Matrix VR project and this is one of the models I made for the Construct program. It was about 4 days working on it, but I really enjoy the final result! Hope you do too :D

Pipe filling with organic mud from the Kromberg Formation (Onverwacht Group, Buck Reef Chert). Age ~ 3416Ma. Barberton greenstone belt, South Africa.

This sample shows a vertical cut through the margin of the pipe: laminated chert layers are around the margin, while a black matrix rich in organic carbon fills the spaces between the angular fragments of the pipe filling.

So I developed a method to convert 3D gaussian splatting model (which is generated with [apple ml-sharp](https://github.com/apple/ml-sharp)) to portable conpressed mesh-based model, the color stored at ply points are writen to a lut texture, use uv to map the colors to mesh.

Clasts are of local volcanic and sedimentary rocks, in a green sandy/silty matrix that also contains numerous lapilli.
