In this room Wilhelmina received callers and attended to her correspondence, something that was an important part of a family's networking.

It was common to display family portraits in this type of room. There are portraits of the Hallwyl daughters, great grandchildren and sons-in-law. 

The Morning Room was one of the reception rooms that were used daily, along with [the Dining Room](https://skfb.ly/6uLDI) and the Smoking Room (link coming soon).

The statue of Edward Snowden, called by its creators Prison Ship Martyrs' Monument 2.0, was an ephemeral, illegally-installed public statue of Edward Snowden, an American whistleblower who leaked classified information from the National Security Agency (NSA) and was charged with federal crimes as a result. The bronze-like statue was placed in Fort Greene Park in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, New York City, on April 6, 2015. It was attached to a Doric column on the perimeter of the park's Prison Ship Martyrs' Monument, a memorial and which honors more than 11,500 American prisoners of war who died in the American Revolution.

The statue was mounted by three anonymous artists and their helpers, who were dressed in white helmets and reflective vests of Parks Department workers, early in the morning of April 6, then covered and taken down by NYC Parks officials later that day.

Edward Snowden At Fort Greene Park

Unlike my mass-produced Ancient Khajiit armor, this badboy is an end-game, high-tier armor set, made with the mightiest metal, worked by the best blacksmiths, to be worn by the nobility of Roscrea. So I made the set in a way that players can wear it with pride... and hopefully flexing it on their friends next Monday morning.
Although our modern interpretation of the Vikings claims that they were no pretty boys, my study of Vendel period art says otherwise. According to many archaeological evidences, these pillagers took very good care of their appearance and hygiene, wear vibrant color palette and exquisite jewelry, and were capable of producing some of the most intricate art in contrary to popular belief.
     With that knowledge, I took certain liberties to gild certain part of the armor in gold and added some more intricate engravings. It was fun maintaining the balance between the elegance of nobility and the ruggedness of Skyrim’s Nordic populace.

Shurijo castle is a Ryukyuan gusuku in Shuri, Okinawa. Between 1429 and 1879, it was the palace of the Ryukyu Kingdom, before becoming largely neglected. In 1945, during the Battle of Okinawa, it was almost completely destroyed. After the war, the castle was re-purposed as a university campus. Beginning in 1992, the central citadel and walls were largely reconstructed on the original site based on historical records, photographs, and memory. On the morning of 31 October 2019, the main courtyard structures of the castle were destroyed in a fire.

I swing by this amazing car every morning on my ride to the office, but it's usually locked in a parking lot. I always wanted to scan it but couldn't... Until yesterday, as the door was open! I sneaked in and made a quick capture :) Love the style, reminds me of the cars pixar movie.

This is not the original "La Danse" of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux, but a copy by Jean Juge in the façade of Opera Garnier in Paris, while the original one is in Orsay Museum since 1988. There were models of "La Danse" in Sketchfab, like jks_rnr's one (https://skfb.ly/CAOJ) - the very same model in Opera, or Geoffrey Marchal's one from Copenhagen, Denmark  (https://skfb.ly/FzGu). Nevertheless, there is a pleasure to take photos myself. 65 photos of 24MPixel are taken in Sunday morning the July 26th, 2015 with my Sony A6000 and 19mm prime lens. I like to add some context, so there is pedestal and stair of the Opera.

Comparing to the model of  jks_rnr uploaded several months ago, there is one  thumb missing (for real) in a hand of a nymph, what's a pity.

Small Apartment (morning version)

Zalipie, a village in southern Poland, is most famous for its folk art. Local artists have been covering houses in traditional floral motifs, a custom with roots back in the 18th century, when housekeepers would lighten sooty interiors of their huts by covering them with limewash. Through the 19th century the practice evolved into a habit of decorating cottages - both on the inside and on the outside - with colorful painted ornaments. The tradition has been kept up in the 20th century by dedicated artists like Felicja Curyłowa (1904-1974) and - thanks to her and her followers - to this day we can admire unique local art, and house painting contests are still held to support this live tradition. The 3D model shows an extraordinary example of a painted interior and was created based on an exhibition room in Dom Malarek (Painters’ House) in Zalipie, a cultural center that promotes traditional Zalipie folk art.

Monument to the founder of the Soviet Union, the revolutionary leader Vladimir Lenin (1870-1924) was unveiled on 21 January 1952 in Tartu on a square in front of what was then the Estonian Agricultural Academy. This was also where a concrete statue of Lenin used to stand. The bronze Lenin stood on a granite base and the monument weighted almost four tones. The Estonian Defence League took it down in the early morning of 23 August 1990, on the 51st anniversary of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. A criminal case was brought against the people who took down the monument, but the city government decided not to put Lenin back in its old spot. For years, the statue stood in the yard of a waste disposal company. A plan by the Keila City Government to melt the bronze down and use the material to restore a statue of Martin Luther did not find support. The monument was brought to the Estonian History Museum in 2005.

Daytime variant of my 'Sleepy City' scene. Model & animation were created in Magica Voxel and then optimized in Maya. Made this diorama for my twitch stream to use as start & end cards. I wanted it to have the charm and simplicity of Animal Crossing with a cuter, pastel color palette. The base model took around 4 hours to make, and the animation another 4 hours per variant.

This is the 'Festering Life Sword' wielded by 'Kuroroushi' from the well-known -and my personal favourite- manga and anime Jujutsu Kaisen. I somewhat impulsively decided to make this one and i managed to finish it across two days, one morning and one afternoon. I modeled everything hard surface, to perserve the attractive jaggedness of GeGe Akutami's artsyle as much as possible, and i hand painted the entire texture in Substance painter using reference material from the manga itself.
