Was a lot of fun and learned some new tools along the way. I Spend about a week on it but had a bit of trouble with planning as I joined a gamejam in the middle of making it. But I found some time :) Will update it here and there polish the last bits, but very pleased with the end result

Apocalyptic Ground

This is a reproduction of the iconic German rifle of the World War 2. The whole is modeled in Blender and textured in Substance Painter. Lowpoly, optimized for modern game engines. All the textures are provided in 4K.

The MP 40 (Maschinenpistole 40) is a submachine gun chambered for the 9×19mm Parabellum cartridge. It was developed in Nazi Germany and used extensively by the Axis powers during World War II. Designed in 1938 by Heinrich Vollmer with inspiration from its predecessor the MP 38, it was heavily used by infantrymen (particularly platoon and squad leaders), and by paratroopers, on the Eastern and Western Fronts as well as armoured fighting vehicle crews. ~ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP_40

MP 40 - WW2 Submachine Gun

A low poly semi derelict factory, based on textures i found on www.textures.com. 

I photobashed a bunch of textures in substance painter to give life to this low poly model. 

Its intended use is for background objects in scenes, no neccasarily meant for close up renders considering how low poly it is. 

Inpired greatly by half life 2 as well as old english factories.

LOW POLY - DERELICT FACTORY

This is a show case of series of procedural nodes I wrote in Blender 3D to generate these scenes. Everything in the scene is procedurally created / textured (expect some parts of the house). The style is heavily sinpired by some of the other works seen on Sketchfab (see my favourites) and the art of Ira Sluyterman van Langeweyde. 

In the coming days, I will document and publish the Blender code for this!

金毘羅是京都三十三間堂內守護千手觀音的「二十八部眾」之一，為國寶，創作於鎌倉時代，像高155釐米。其形象源自鱷魚神格化的水神，被認為能護佑海上安全與漁獲豐收。雕像呈武士立姿，身著甲胄，面容威嚴。其左手持弓，但現存實物僅餘半截弓身；旁側的復原模型則完整呈現了持弓姿態。整體造型展現了鎌倉時代護法神像的雄渾力量與細膩工藝。

The statue of Konpira (Kumbhīra) is one of the Twenty-Eight Deva Guardians protecting the Thousand-Armed Kannon at Sanjūsangen-dō. Designated a National Treasure​ and created in the Kamakura period, it stands 155 cm tall. Its imagery derives from a crocodile deified as a water deity, believed to grant maritime safety and bountiful catches. The figure stands in a warrior's pose, clad in armor with a stern expression. Its left hand holds a bow, though only half of the original bow remains today. The sculpture exemplifies the robust power and refined craftsmanship of Kamakura-period guardian statues.
