The Rockwell B-1 Lancer is a four-engine supersonic variable-sweep wing, jet-powered heavy strategic bomber used by the United States Air Force (USAF). It was first envisioned in the 1960s as a supersonic bomber with Mach 2 speed, and sufficient range and payload to replace the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress. It was developed into the B-1B, primarily a low-level penetrator with long range and Mach 1.25 speed capability at high altitude. It is commonly called the "Bone" (originally from "B-One").

Horizon Zero Dawn Character Fanart

The Lotus 49 was a Formula One racing car designed by Colin Chapman and Maurice Philippe for the 1967 F1 season. It was designed around the Cosworth DFV engine that would power most of the Formula One grid through the 1970s. It was one of the first F1 cars to use a stressed member engine combined with a monocoque to reduce weight, with other teams adopting the concept after its success. It also pioneered the use of aerofoils to generate downforce.

Goblin

Castillo de Alhama de Murcia is located in the Murica region of Spain. The castle is situated high on a steep hilltop and is of Islamic origin, built during the 12th and 13th centuries. Portions of the castle recently have been restored. Important structural features include a main tower, extensive wall fortification, and aljibes (cisterns). This 3D model was made using 1590 images captured with a drone and 25 FAROFocus3D scan positions (tower interior) that were processed in Reality Capture, Geomagic Wrap, and Meshlab.

Mobile Anti Aircraft Gun 40mm

Polaroid brand instant camera. The camera with ultrasonic controlled autofocus (Sonar System) has a 3 glass lens and a flash controlled by the automatic exposure. Various settings can be made on the back. On the left side there is a holder strap. The viewfinder showed the correct exposure even back then. The camera was built in the years 1986 to 1992. Made in UK.

Sofortbildkamera der Marke Polaroid. Die Kamera mit Ultraschall gesteuertem Autofokus (Sonar System) verfügt über ein 3 linsiges Objektiv und einen durch die Belichtungsautomatik gesteuerten Blitz. Auf der Rückseite können verschiedene Einstellungen vorgenommen werden. An der linken Seite befindet sich ein Halterriemen. Der Sucher zeigte damals schon die korrekte Belichtung an. Die Kamera wurde in den Jahren 1986 bis 1992 gebaut.

surmontée d’un col droit cerné d’un anneau finissant
sur une lèvre triangulaire pincée à gorge interne, de
couleur crème. Le pied est séparé de la panse par un
pied cantonné de quatre mascarons barbus posés sur
un cuir à enroulement. Les deux appliques modelées
jouant le rôle d’anses sont constituées de griffons ailés à
torse féminin. Deux lobes de la panse portent un motif
stylisé de fontaine. Des motifs géométriques complètent
l’ensemble du décor.

Bofors MK-FIA L/70 anti-aircraft gun at the site of the Bunker Museum in Bruckneudorf. The 40-mm gun originated in Sweden and was developed in the 1930s. In Austria, 60 pieces were used as anti-aircraft guns from the mid-1950s. All guns have been decommissioned since 1998.

This scan is part of the work to compare different scanner types and brands for different tasks on behalf of Digisam. Digisam coordinates the digitization of 22 heritage institutions. www.digisam.se

This model is made photogrammetrically with a zoom lens and autofocus. That is not recommended as it gives distortion to the images. I have made it so I can compare to a fix lens, fix focus model and both of those to the laserscans.

Questo raffinato modello in terracotta rappresenta l’apparizione della Madonna con il Bambino a Santa Martina. Si tratta di uno studio preparatorio per uno dei bassorilievi destinati al ciborio dell’altare della chiesa dei Santi Luca e Martina a Roma, opera legata all’ambiente di Pietro da Cortona, tra i protagonisti del Barocco romano.

La scena è intensa e teatrale: Santa Martina, inginocchiata, è riconoscibile attraverso i simboli del suo martirio – la palma e l’uncino, strumento del supplizio. Davanti a lei, sospesa tra le nuvole, appare la Vergine con il Bambino. Gesù porge alla santa un giglio, simbolo di purezza e premio celeste.

Alle spalle della martire si intravedono elementi architettonici classicheggianti, come il basamento di una colonna e il pronao di un tempio, che conferiscono solennità e profondità alla composizione. Le fronde stilizzate sullo sfondo amplificano il senso di movimento e spiritualità.
