Anthropomorphic whistle  in the shape of a standing woman holding, with her right arm a wide-brimmed hat with decorated edge. In her left hand, she holds a round fan with a cylindrical handle and a spiked rim, which she points downward. She wears a skirt, leaving her bust exposed, simple jewelry, and wears her long hair combed down the middle. A very interesting feature is the facial decoration, with designs on the cheeks achieved using the scarring or excoriation technique, which consists of making incisions in the skin that, when healed, leave marks or raised designs, especially if the skin is keloid. In some cases, to enhance the relief, pebbles or other objects were placed under the raised skin, like inlays.

Fragment of a medium-fired firedog (moon idol) made of medium-coarse to coarse, brown to dark brown clay with a high proportion of small pebbles. The entire surface features sculpted decorations and incised ridges. 
The function of these ceramic artefacts is a matter of debate. Research shows that they are frequently found in Hallstatt-period settlements and burial grounds. Since the mid-19th century, two main theories have existed within the field of research. It may be a typologically and functionally defined object, such as a fire dog for roasting. However, it could also be an object from a ritual context.

This object was digitized through the ‘Kulturerbe digital’ program of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport.

These assets were generated from scans of beach pebbles and stones I picked up on the shore between [Plouguerneau](https://goo.gl/maps/ZuVE5dkFmLTNLzFf9) and [Roscoff](https://goo.gl/maps/NWEX2Vdhwb2LEN2f8), in France. I did not specifically select extraordinary samples, but rather tried to go for a broad diversity of colors and shapes in order to create an interesting pack.

Each prop in this collection is made of **150 triangles**, and comes with **256px albedo and normal maps**. 

Feel free to check them on the store if you ever need more LODs (or just to have a look!): they come with 5 levels of details, and up to 15k triangles and 4096x4096 textures. You'll find them bundled in 4 different packs:
