McLaren Senna

This model shows one of two prison cells of the town of Picón (Ciudad Real, Spain). Its construction dates from the 16th century, and it is one of the few examples that are preserved in the La Mancha region.

This model was created from 17 scans from a FARO Focus X330 laser scanner. These data were aligned and exported in FARO SCENE and the meshing and final processing was in Meshlab.

The data for this project were collected in 2017 as a joint effort between the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) and CVAST at the University of South Florida (USF) under the legal permission of Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (Expte. 16.0834-P1. Sistema de documentación 3D del Patrimonio Cultural de Castilla-La Mancha). The project is now managed by UCLM and Global Digital Heritage (GDH). This one was a test to set up the materials and cartoonish shading. Updated version will feature blendshaping and rigged animation, nothing too big but still something. I tried to mimic the style and details as closely as seen in animations.

Edit:
Finally got around to finish this model. It is now Rigged and has one simple looping idle animation. As inspired by Dragon Ball FighterZ and newer Guilty Gear texturing styles, this model also has the most optimised texture that I have ever done and propably ever will do (Texture is 4x4 pixels in size. It's that small pinkish dot under this line)

A imagem mostra um panda em estilo voxel/3D, construído inteiramente por pequenos blocos cúbicos. Ele está sentado, de frente, com os braços ligeiramente abertos, passando uma sensação fofa e amigável.

O corpo segue o padrão clássico do panda, com pelagem branca e detalhes em preto nas orelhas, olhos, braços e pernas. O rosto é simples e estilizado, com olhos pequenos e focinho quadrado, reforçando o visual “cute”.

O panda está dentro de um espaço escuro com linhas finas ao redor, lembrando uma caixa ou ambiente de visualização 3D, o que destaca ainda mais o personagem. O estilo geral é minimalista, limpo e cartoony, típico de voxel art usada em jogos ou modelos digitais. 🐼
