I was looking for some abandoned places and this picture held my attention :

The cross vaults were a bit tricky to model but nothing compared to the texture baking (all the crashes while rendering drove me nut!!).

The Hintze Hall is the central hall and largest space at the Natural History Museum, London.

3284 photos taken as a tourist in March 2023 with a Sony a7R III and processed in Reality Capture.
Model heavily manually cleaned up in places to improve quality. Gorilla in north east corner hasn't processed properly and I will try to improve that area in time.

Saw this on a highway driving through Nevada, so I HAD to capture it.

**Plane**
In what must have seemed like a good idea at the time, the owners of the brothel promoted an interesting challenge with a very naughty prize. A mattress would be placed in the center of a large star painted on the desert floor—if one were to parachute out of an airplane (airplane provided) and land on the mattress, they would be the lucky winner of a night with the lady of his choice, on the house!

Unsurprisingly, things went horribly wrong. Long story short, scantily-clad women plus distracted, inexperienced pilot plus heavy cross winds equal the plane plummeting straight into the ground. "Bayard Station was once the headquarters for the Chesapeake Gas Company of Baltimore City, which merged with several other companies eventually becoming BGE. During the station’s heyday, the gas works spread over 14 acres. The complex included the Valve House; four large telescoping holding tanks, called “gasometers;” and a series of processing buildings, of which one remains today across Hamburg Street. The gas was manufactured, stored in the gasometers, and then piped into the valve house where it was compressed before being directed into the main lines of the city."

Today, this building is home to an architectural salvage company called [Housewerks](https://housewerkssalvage.com/pages/about-us). Since they purchased the building in 2005, they have worked to preserve the structure and have placed it on the National Register of Historic Places.

Ruben Victoriano's mansion interiors from **The Evil Within** game. Here is an empty house only, no objects, no furniture. All the doors are attached to their places as a separate objects.

Sketchfab generates incorrect model preview, so some walls, doors, lamps, paintings on the walls are missing, and if you download model from here, you should use file from the **'source'** folder

The scene has been composed in Unreal Engine from original game assets and exported to fbx. Here is a model with compressed textures, but you can download original FBX with uncompressed multichannel tga textures from my website (check my profile)

On March 12, 2022, near the besieged Chernihiv, in the very center of the city, the Russian invaders bombed the hotel "Ukraine", which is one of the visiting places of the city.

A large model of Epcot from Disney World which I made because it is possibly one of my favorite places.   Created in Maya 2018, it Contains about 60-70% of the Future World portion of the park, using Google Earth and my own photography for reference.  It's so large I haven't bothered to do propper UV mapping yet so I couldn't bake any textures.

I made a shader in blender where it averages the color of your baked textures and replaces the areas with transparent strokes. It gives a very cool effect. The chandelier, one of many in the Great Synagogue in Oświęcim, was found at Berek Joselewicz Street in Oświęcim, where the temple – destroyed by the Germans in November 1939 – was located.
The most important synagogue in Oświęcim, also called the Great Synagogue, was one of over 20 Jewish places of prayer in the city during the interwar period.

Chandelier from the Great Synagogue in Oswięcim

Worked on this piece for the Stylized Station's Guntlet challenge on their Discord channel. The theme was taking about diving into different cultures and this grand architecture is one of my most favorite places I have visited. 

Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter using a PBR workflow.
