Following high-profile mail robberies/shootings, postal companies were authorized to use armed security. Government company USPS, which was at risk of being shut down, as well as UPS, Amazon, FedX, and some other local shipping companies, combined paramilitary strength to launch a coordinated drone strike on government buildings, decapitating the country and leading to total anarchy as the now rival post companies struggled against eachother for control. This van was used as cover for the drone operators during the Part&Parcel Coalition's drone strikes.

A Ponte Deputado Darcy Castello de Mendonça, popularmente conhecida como Terceira Ponte, é uma das mais importantes infraestruturas viárias do Espírito Santo, conectando as cidades de Vitória e Vila Velha pela travessia da Baía de Vitória.
