Hintze Hall, NHM London [surface model]

This is a 3d scanned model made with photogrammetry technique in our own custom built 3D scanner equipped with Canon 200D cameras. This model was processed through Reality Capture and retopologized via ZRemesher within Zbrush. It has animation ready topology wrapped on top of the scan in Wrap3. 

This is a true human size detailed model of a female hand.

I like to experiment and come up with a new look and new styles for cars.<br>
I came up with this color scheme a few years ago,<br>
and now i have decided to make my idea a (3D) reality.<br>

McLaren F1 1993 By Alex.Ka.🤍🖤

This is a 3D animation ("Shelly") of a near-adult loggerhead (ID=982.000406129037) sea turtle (*Caretta caretta*, straight carapace length=86 cm) that was initially captured on June 23, 2017 by the Inwater Research Group, and then photgraphed with the Beastcam technology with 20 Canon G16 cameras.  Photographer Christine Shepard operated the cameras and the sea turtle was released that same day in good condition.  The 3D model was initially created through a photogrammetry scan using Capturing Reality.

Animator Johnson Martin  used Blender to reconstruct the full sea turtle from these scans, as well as animate the movements. Jeanette Wyneken from Florida Atlantic University, and Charles Mairne from the Loggerhead MarineLife Center each provided feedback on the movements.

Bedroom

Tyrannosaurus rex was one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs that ever lived. Everything about this ferocious predator, from its thick, heavy skull to its 4-foot-long (1.2-meter-long) jaw, was designed for maximum bone-crushing action.

This particular replica of T-REX's skeleton is on display in Knuthenborg Safaripark, Denmark. 

The photogrammetric capture has been done spontaneously, as a part of recreational visit to the park. 
Due to other participants of the visit not 'feeling for' photogrammetric capture, it had to be done extra-fast, resulting in a single 'loop' of photographs.

3284 photos taken as a tourist in March 2023 with a Sony a7R III and processed in Reality Capture.
Model heavily manually cleaned up in places to improve quality. Gorilla in north east corner hasn't processed properly and I will try to improve that area in time.

In Virgil, Laocoön was a priest of Poseidon who was killed with both his sons after attempting to expose the ruse of the Trojan Horse by striking it with a spear. In Sophocles, on the other hand, he was a priest of Apollo, who should have been celibate but had married.

This particular sculpture was made by the unknown artist and is a copy of the original work. 

3D scanned using photogrammetry in Hans Tausens Park in Copenhagen. Capturing of the scupture was done by 4 people/4 cameras by jointly dancing around the sculpture.

 Reconstructed in Reality Capture from about 1000 images.

If you're not careful enough to fall out of reality, you could end up in the Backrooms, where there's nothing but the musty smell of old carpet, the madness of yellow wallpaper, the endless unbearable noise of fluorescent lights, and 600 million square miles of randomly arranged empty rooms. God forbid you hear something wandering nearby, because this very thing already knows about you for sure ...

This is an animation (“Mar”) of a hatchling Hawksbill (ID Ei1801) sea turtle (*Eretmochelys imbricata*, straight carapace length 11.8 cm) that was initially rescued by the Loggerhead MarineLife Center, and then photographed with the Beastcam technology with 30 Canon G16 cameras. The sea turtle was released soon after in good condition. The 3D model was initially created through a photogrammetry scan using Capturing Reality.

Saw this on a highway driving through Nevada, so I HAD to capture it.

**Plane**
In what must have seemed like a good idea at the time, the owners of the brothel promoted an interesting challenge with a very naughty prize. A mattress would be placed in the center of a large star painted on the desert floor—if one were to parachute out of an airplane (airplane provided) and land on the mattress, they would be the lucky winner of a night with the lady of his choice, on the house!

Unsurprisingly, things went horribly wrong. Long story short, scantily-clad women plus distracted, inexperienced pilot plus heavy cross winds equal the plane plummeting straight into the ground. The road which connects Fukushima city, Fukushima prefecture to Yonezawa city, Yamagata prefecture was opened in 1881(明治14年) and named after “Banseitairo  Road” by the Emperor Meiji.Futatsugoya Tunnel is one of the two tunnels which are located in Banseitairo  Road. It was taken expansion work to motor vehicles can go through in 1934(昭和9年). In 1966(昭和41年), an another tunnel was opened at new place to they can go through if it has heavy snow and Banseitairo Road became the “Abandoned road” after finished its role.

Destroyed Car 03 (Raw Scan)

**Virtual Cities** started as an exhibition art piece with the aim of combining physical space with virtual reality. We assembled foam blocks within a room, mimicking an abstract simplified cityscape, which was then painted over in virtual reality using tilt brush. The result is a piece of art which attempts to transcend media. 

Visitors can put on the headset and navigate through the real space, but see an augmented version of the block layout.
