Seven Stars Brick Lane

The Philippines is home to many abandoned relics and one building that stands out is the old Diplomat Hotel in Baguio City.  Formerly a convent and seminary, the building was converted into a hotel after World War II.  The building holds a very gory history of violence and torture.  Local legend has it that it is home to hundreds of tortured souls searching for justice from their terrible demise.  
Even with its haunted history, the building itself is a beautiful relic of its once glorious past.  I took a lot of creative license with the dilapidation of the interior.  The building itself is still pretty much intact and if you have the heart of a thrill seeker, I urge you to visit the actual site.

Legend has it that her obsession began after a childhood near-death experience during a lightning storm, which intensified as she aged. One moonless night, while attempting to commune with the other side, a spectral entity consumed her, turning **Eloise** into the "**Ghost Lady**" She now haunts her mansion, consuming the souls of those who dare enter.

Summer house ruin

Following the departure of the Romans in 410 CE villas in Britain are likely to have entered a period of decline and in some cases decay.  Subsequent settlers may have moved into the buildings and this model depicts a derelict villa occupied by Viking settlers - perhaps in the 8th Century CE.  The roof has fallen in and been replaced by a wooden structure and some of the walls have fallen.

This model will work well as a game asset and I have tested it in UE5.1 (download gltf and import the scene.gltf file into Unreal.  You are free to use it in any way.

Model made in Zbrush - UVs in Rizom UV and textures added in Substance Painter.

Derelict Building

One of the few remaining relics from the Royal Surrey Zoological Gardens which used to exist just off Walworth Road in London between 1831 and 1872.

The tiger may have been one of the animals visited by Queen Victoria during her 1838 visit.
