In The Serving Room the [footmen](https://goo.gl/9r5oY3) polished silver and put the last touches to the dishes before they were served.
The Serving Room is connected to the basement floor kitchen via the back stairs, a lift and a dumbwaiter. There were separate stairs and passages for the servants so that the work could run smoothly and at the same time not be visible in the grand rooms.
The threshold between this room and the dining room marked an invisible border between the family’s domain and the servants' areas; a border that should not be crossed casually. The servants’ work spaces should be respected. This also applied to the owner of the house.

The Serving Room

Caffè Bernini is a lovely little street corner café in Shimura Sanchome, Itabashi, Japan. Based on the Italian sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini, father and son Iwasaki are  serving coffee from their in-house roasted beans. With a distict atmosphere, beautiful tableware and delicious coffee, it is definitely worth a visit when you are in Tokyo!

**“The burgers are better at Hungry Jack's”**

This building is a replica of the Hungry Jack's fast food outlet planned on Bargara Road, Bundaberg intended for Cities Sklyines.

Hungry Jack's is an Australian fast food franchise of Burger King founded by Jack Cowin in 1971.
The retail owns and operates all of the Burger King/Hungry Jack's restaurants in Australia.
When Burger King expanded into Australia an Adelaide restaurant was already called Burger King.
Unable to use the US name Jack Cowin decided to name his fast food chain Hungry Jack's instead.

The brand now has more than 420 restaurants serving every major population centre in the country.

Venom, codenamed VNM-252, is a character in the Marvel's Spider-Man video game series, serving as an antagonist in Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
It is an alien symbiote that bonds with human bodies to use as hosts. The symbiote briefly appears in the endings of both the first game and Miles Morales, where Harry Osborn was confirmed to be its host. After temporarily leaving Harry to bond with Peter Parker, it eventually returns to Harry, becoming Venom.

On a personal note, this is the first major model that I textured. As such, a LOT is left to be desired in terms of texturing methods and optimization. (I didn't even know about masks in SP yet!). Regardless, I think the results are pretty strong. I'd love to revisit this model and bring it up to a higher standard, I just don't know how far into the future that will be.

Venator-Class Star Destroyer

The Herculaneum boat was found during excavation work on the ancient shoreline of Herculaneum in 1982. It was found inverted on the shoreline, with the fore of the boat having been stoved in by other timber and debris from the eruption and completely destroyed. The hot pyroclastic flows that hit herculaneum carbonized the other 2/3rds of the boat and buried it, preserving it to this day. The vessel is 8.6 m long, 2.2 m wide, and about 85 cm deep. It was preserved up to the oarlocks, and most of the sternpost was preserved. After removing the boat from the shoreline, it sat in storage for awhile until a method was designer of flipping it over and excavating the inside. The boat is now on display at Herculaneum, along with other nautical equipment found on the shore including oars and a rudder fragment from other boats (but used here). The concept is loosely based around protecting and preserving the natural beauty of endangered coral reefs, and the aquatic life that inhabit them. In an ocean with ever spreading pollution, the Idyllic Cage is a safe-haven that separates reality from fantasy, preserving the inhabitants of these sacred waters from harm for eternity. 
I focused on an elegant design that lets the shaping do most of the work opposed to layering detail. The terrain emphasizes strong, vivid, full colors, bringing the surroundings to life. I hope you enjoy!

Idyllic Cage

The Crowbar is an iconic melee weapon and the signature weapon of Gordon Freeman. It is the first weapon acquired in Half-Life, serving as a signature melee weapon and a tool for puzzles. The crowbar is also used as a tool for breaking open supply crates and clearing destructible obstacles. The main melee weapon in the Half-Life story arc and the only melee weapon in the Half-Life 2 story arc, it is widely considered the iconic weapon of the Half-Life series, perhaps almost as famous as Gordon Freeman himself when referring to Half-Life.

Half-Life: Crowbar

A culturally heterogenous vendor cart. The design is based on your average vendor cart seen on the streets of Jakarta (Indonesia), but serving a Shandong (China) specialty. Took approximately 5 days from conception to completion. Modelled in Blender and textured in Substance Painter and Designer.

Was originally created for the street food vendor challenge.

Download includes a cleaned up .blend file along with relevant materials. This includes the original disparate meshes used to make the cart along with a set of the decorative food items used in the final product.

煎饼车/Gerobak Lumpia

The Honda CB175, produced from 1969 to 1973, is captured here as a high-resolution photogrammetry scan, faithfully preserving the classic details of this iconic standard motorcycle. This 3D model showcases the 174cc four-stroke, straight-twin engine with its signature dual carburetors and twin exhaust pipes, along with period-correct elements like the five-speed transmission, front and rear drum brakes, and both kick and electric starters. Though modest in technology, the CB175's legacy as one of Honda’s best-selling small twins of the era lives on through this scan. This digital preservation allows enthusiasts and historians alike to examine the craftsmanship of a motorcycle that introduced many, including Cycle World editor David Edwards, to the joy of riding.

Cui Li Wu Shi - Introduction

Cui Li Wu Shi is a character in the game "Black Myth: Wukong". He first appeared in the third chapter of the game, Xiao Xitian.

In a mountain covered with ice and snow, there is a cave in a deep valley, which hides a vibrant melon field. A young monk is picking watermelons in the melon field, and a strange man wearing a green bamboo hat is watching from the side. The strange man set up three traps to test the young monk. On the surface, he was observing the young monk picking watermelons, but in fact he was secretly evaluating his judgment and wisdom.

This is an unused ship model from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, preserved and presented to reflect how it appeared during the 2016 game. Because the asset was never finalized for use in-game, all UVs were originally packed into a single corner of the texture space, even though the UV layout itself was already complete. 

For this restoration, the original UVs were repositioned and laid out correctly, without rebuilding or altering them in any way. The intent was strictly to restore usability and accuracy while preserving the original developer-made UV structure.

No redesigns or reinterpretations were made. The only addition beyond correcting the UV layout is the inclusion of light maps, added to help the model respond properly to lighting and better represent how a finished in-game asset would have appeared.

This is a faithful preservation pass on an unused Rift Apart development asset, focused on accuracy, restraint, and respect for the original work.

Clean Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Unused Aphelion

This is a fully restored version of the Zoni ship as shown in the Insomniac Museum. The original museum asset used a single texture atlas, but several components—most notably the wings—were mapped to incorrect regions, resulting in broken UVs and inconsistent material placement. While the atlas itself appeared structurally correct, parts were assigned to the wrong areas, likely due to confusion during the atlas consolidation process.

For this restoration, the model was rebuilt with a corrected atlas layout. All UVs were cleaned, reorganized, and remapped so each component now aligns properly with its intended atlas space, with no overlaps or mismatches.

Additionally, multiple ship variants that originally existed only in the PS3 version were restored and adapted. These variants previously relied on multiple textures and color variations rather than a unified atlas. Each has now been converted to work within a single custom atlas while preserving its original appearance.

Rita The Two-Seater

High-detail 3D scan of an aluminum mountain bike front fork, created for accurate geometry reference and reverse engineering workflows.

The side surfaces have been automatically closed, and openings are present around the center section. These areas were intentionally left unmodeled, as they were not required for the reverse engineering of the specific fork component this scan was created for.

This approach ensures an efficient and clean dataset while preserving all critical geometric features needed for analysis, inspection, and downstream engineering use.

MTB Aluminum Front Fork – 3D Scan Model

The Xian H-6 is a vehicle featured in the Battlefield 4: China Rising and Battlefield 4: Final Stand expansions as the Bomber for the People's Liberation Army and the Russian Ground Forces. To utilize the vehicle, players must use an Air Raid Bunker which is located at specific control must that must be held in order to use.[1]

The Xian H-6 has access to JDAM Bombs, which will head for a designated point set by the player, as well as guidable Cruise Missiles if the player has completed the Mother of all Bombs assignment, which cause much more damage in exchange for a smaller supply of them.

The B-1B Lancer is the USMC counterpart of the Xian H-6, serving as that faction's bomber.

**Red‑Gold Dragon vs. Blue‑Silver Dragon**

The Red‑Gold Dragon and the Blue‑Silver Dragon, collectively classified as *Draconis geminiflare*, are legendary twin forces said to have emerged during the late Warring States period. Ancient astronomers believed their intertwined forms mirrored a rare celestial phenomenon, two comet tails crossing in the night sky, interpreted as a sign of cosmic recalibration.

Though often depicted in eternal combat, scholars argue their clash was never about dominance. Instead, each dragon embodied a natural principle: ignition and stillness, eruption and clarity. Their unexpected purpose was pedagogical. Monks studying their mythic duel used the dragons’ mirrored movements to teach balance, how opposing energies can create harmony when neither seeks victory.

Even today, artisans echo their spirals in pottery, dance, and martial forms, preserving the lesson hidden within their legendary struggle.
