Il modello consente un’osservazione dettagliata dell’opera da ogni angolazione, valorizzandone la superficie scultorea e i principali elementi formali.

La fotogrammetria è stata realizzata con Agisoft Metashape e il modello è stato successivamente ottimizzato e pubblicato su Sketchfab, risultando fruibile anche in realtà virtuale (VR) come parte di una collezione virtuale dedicata al patrimonio museale.

LiDAR-based 3D documentation of a Muslim tombstone from the Ottoman-era cemetery of the Hala Sultan Tekke (Mosque of Umm Haram), on the shores of the Larnaca Salt Lake, Cyprus.

One of the most significant Islamic pilgrimage sites in the Mediterranean, the tekke is built around the tomb of Umm Haram bint Milhan, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad who died in Cyprus during the Arab raids of 647-649 CE. The mosque was completed in 1817 during Ottoman rule. The adjacent cemetery, closed to burials around 1899, contains the tombs of Ottoman administrators; its tombstones reflect the funerary epigraphy of Ottoman Cyprus. The site is on the UNESCO Tentative World Heritage List.

Cumhuriyet Meydanı'nın güneyinde yer almaktadır 1371’de Artuklu sultanlarından Melik Salih ve Melik Muzaffer zamanında görev almış Abdüllatif bin Abdullah tarafından, minaresi Mısır Valisi Muhammed Ziya Tayyar Paşa tarafından inşa ettirilmiştir. Günümüzdeki minare ise 1845’te Musul Valisi Gürcü Mehmet Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Mardin‘deki son Artuklu eserlerinden olan, enine dikdörtgen planlı ve mihrab önü kubbeli yapının portalı iyi korunmuştur. İki renkli taşlardan üç dilimli kemerli portalde, geometrik motifler örgülü ve yıldızlı bezemeler dikkati çeker. Caminin giriş kapıları, geç dönem Selçuklu ahşap işçiliğinin özgün örneklerinden olan minber ve mahfili görülmeye değer özelliktedir.
