Who's The Leader Of The Band Thats Made For You And Me?
Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created in 1928 by The Walt Disney Company, who also serves as the brand's mascot. An anthropomorphic mouse who typically wears red shorts, large yellow shoes, and white gloves, Mickey is one of the world's most recognizable fictional characters.

Created as a replacement for a prior Disney character, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Mickey first appeared in the short Plane Crazy, debuting publicly in the short film Steamboat Willie (1928), one of the first sound cartoons. He went on to appear in over 130 films, including The Band Concert (1935), Brave Little Tailor (1938), and Fantasia (1940). Mickey appeared primarily in short films, but also occasionally in feature-length films. Ten of Mickey's cartoons were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, one of which, Lend a Paw, won the award in 1941.

The sheepskin coat was purchased for the collection of the Tatra Museum from Andrzej Kubin of Ratułów in 1929. The owner of the apparel was a sixty-year-old inhabitant of the village of Ciche, who had worn it on her wedding day. The sheepskin coat, tailored in a fashion typical for women, reaches to the knees and is slightly narrowed at the waist and widened at the bottom. It was fashioned from five pieces of leather: two front pieces, back piece and two sleeves. It is fastened with three wooden buttons covered with white leather, which are slid through loops. The stand-up collar is decorated with red leather binding.

Purchased in 1967 from London tailors, Ede and Ravenscroft Ltd, these Parramatta Mayoral robes were the second set purchased in Council’s history [insert hyperlink to Parramatta Mayors on website].  Red with a black facing and trimmed fur they were worn with a lace jabot and the Chain of Office.  The chains were commissioned from Angus and Coote in Sydney.
The wearing of robes is an English tradition dating back to the 1300s and it is reasonably common for Australian Mayors and Lord Mayors to wear them at formal functions over their normal clothes.  However, it is an individual choice and not consistently adopted across Local Government in Australia.  
The regalia generally consists of a set of robes, chains of office and a hat.  There is no standard colour for mayoral robes but common colours are black, purple, blue, red and gold.  The hat can be bicorne or tricorne with some form of gold embellishment and feathers.

This vintage sewng machine model has four 2K custom texture materials, 4K textures can also be provided. The model was modelled in Blender and textured in Substance Painter. The textures are specific to an old tailor shop hence the worn look. Added in the cloth as a bonus for a purposes of functionality and story.
