A collection of reprocessed scanned animal skulls ([other free assets here](https://skfb.ly/6yQSW)), initally designed to be used as as game props, particles or for optimized renderings. 

**BUT**:  the method I used for remeshing and texture baking was not adapted in this case, and many normal inversions for instance have happened. Moreover, as these assets were batch-processed, I neglected some parts of the material, hence some black zones on the scans... 

You can of course still use them for your projects, but know that the quality on those baked models is not that good! Plus 1024px is too few for those complex objects...

Each model is made of 2500 triangles, and 1024 pixels albedo and normal maps.

The original scans were first remeshed with [mmgs](http://mmgtools.org), and decimated, UV unwrapped and baked in blender. Normal maps are ready to use for Unreal Engine, don't forget to flip their green channel in Unity!

Ninja Cyborg

The Betsey Trotwood pub on the corner of Farringdon Road and Farringdon Lane, London.

The pub is named after the character from David Copperfield by Charles Dickens. Betsey is David's Great Aunt and present at his birth.

The pub is particular interesting as it sits directly over the 'cut and cover' tunnel of the Metropolitan London Undeground line as well as (partly over) the lower tunnel of the Thameslink railway.

Ancient Egypt Pack

"Take a right on the beaten path, and you will find a cabin belonging to The Crow."

Small diorama scene made for a school assignment. The theme I chose was "Forest Loner", and I thought it would be interesting to create a house that looked like it was made by hand from local materials. 

I've always been curious about tileable textures, and decided to try my hand at creating a few to be used in the scene. I created a wood and metal trim texture which was used in the texturing of the shed, the house, the water tower and the electrical poles. I also made a texture sheet for the metal roofing and used it to also texture the small electrical conductors on the electrical poles. 

Overall, it was a pretty fun project to work on and I definitely learnt a lot from it.

I was on the subway one day like any other returning from the Graphic design course. I saw the tunnel lights from the train windows and immediately thought of drawing a rough draft. Returning home I thought about doing the draft on Blender. I liked the fact that the single section was very particular so I decided to isolate it. Thus was born the idea of creating a collection that would represent various types of sections of the metro.

Urban Series – Subway Section: Train Tunnel

Rigged for Unreal Engine - tested in UE4.27 - see images below.

You are free to use this model in any way.

Click download and select original format.  Unzip the downloaded file, open the source folder and unzip the file in there and this will give you the FBX file and a number of MET textures.  The FBX file can be loaded into UE4 selecting the UE4_Mannequin for the skeleton.  Texture and normal maps are embedded and will be loaded automatically.  The extra textures (MET) are for the metallic nodes in the appropriate material blueprints (load these into UE4 manually).  Roughness set to 0.2 generally works for the metallic materials.

Scanned in just 25 minutes with the metrology-grade laser scanner Artec Point, the transmission's fine elements are all captured in this high-res 3D replica. The complex combination of components, from the gear sets to the shifting mechanism, is vividly displayed. 

Despite the transmission's shiny and reflective metallic cast and challenging surface roughness, Artec Point's advanced scanning technology captured all of it. The resulting point cloud was optimized for precision, even with a 0.2mm resolution. This collection of meshes is game-ready!
After numerous YouTube videos and a lot of time in Blender, I have an error-free armor set for Unreal Engine 5.2

The vertices and skeleton of a tall, normal-weight, male metahuman are matched to the armor set.
Allowing for simple FBX skeletal imports to Unreal. Only the helm is not rigged. I found that importing the helm as a static mesh, due to lack of fabric rigging, is cleaner and allows the MetaHuman face to still animate while the helm/face covering is socketed to the head bone. 


*Note: Remember to change root.00x to root when seperating meshes, or they will not port correctly to UE5*

Dish With Sailing-ship Design

This antique phone was created as a practice piece for realistic texturing. The model is based on the classic L.M. Ericsson Skeletal Desk Telephone, also known as the "Eiffel Tower" phone. I aimed to create the feeling of an old phone that is rarely dusted.
