Angel Crown : Generically, the golden or light behind the figures of heavenly beings (Trinity, Mary, angels, other saints) is called a halo , despite there being several distinct forms. The solid disc behind the head, sometimes punctuated with a red cross behind Christ, is called a nimbus.

This was processed using RealityCapture from 255 photographs. Shot using a Canon 6D with a 50mm lens, ISO 800, 1/125 sec at f/13.

Cruceiro dos Santos, en Cheis. Atópase no camiño real que vai de Bamiro para Tines, onde se cruza coa ruta en dirección a Pazos, a aldea de procedencia do doante, probablemente no século XVII. Dun lado está o Cristo, que olla para o leste, e na cara oeste hai unha Trinidade: Pai, Fillo e Espírito Santo. Na parte inferior agrúpanse un conxunto de figuras arredor da cruz.

Cruceiro dos Santos in Cheis, Vimianzo (A Coruña). It is in the way from Bamiro to Tines, in the place that crosses the route to Pazos, the benefactor village, probably in XVIIth century. On one side ther is a Christ, looking East, and on the west side there is a Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Ghost. On the lower part there is a group of figures arround the cross.

Cruceiro dos Santos en Cheis, Vimianzo

This 3D model shows three stylized human skulls that have been cleanly sliced into separate sections, each rendered with a different reflective metal gold, silver, and copper. The pieces are slightly pulled apart, creating a deconstructed or exploded view that reveals smooth, sometimes patterned inner surfaces, especially in the cuts. The highly polished materials reflect light dramatically, giving the model a luxurious and modern look, while the precise cuts and composition blend anatomical realism with abstract, artistic design.

Trinity Column from 1725 near the parish church in Göttlesbrunn. 

The sculpture depicts the Trinity in the form of the “Throne of Grace.” God the Father sits facing forward and wears a tall crown and a long robe with a wide cloak. In his hands he holds the cross with the crucified Christ, whose body is clearly carved. Below the cross, the dove can be seen as a symbol of the Holy Spirit. The figure is made of stone.
