This is a 3D animation of a large adult Timber rattlesnake (*Crotalus horridus*) from New England Reptile Distributors (https://new-england-reptile.myshopify.com/). 

The raw photogrammetry scan was created using the Beastcam Technology, and the ventral side was added from a different snake.  The full model was retopologized and rigged by animator Daniel Daye from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

In the Lužánecký park in Brno there is a fountain with a sculpture of three putt (a naked child similar to an angel, but usually without wings.) A popular decorative element in the Baroque, Rococo and historical times of the 19th century, originated as a Renaissance analogy of ancient Eroes and medieval angels Symbolizes the child wearing the corner of abundance) from 1860 by F. Melnik

This is a 3D model of a male of the jumping spider Habronattus pyrrithrix. CG artist Johnson Martin created this model in Blender using photos, video, and a CT-scan. Nate Morehouse from the University of Cincinnati and Beth Jakob, Skye Long and Daniel Daye from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst provided access to photos, videos, and specimens.  Philip Steinhoff from the Uhl Lab at the University of Greifswald allowed us to use a CT-scan to recreate the body mesh. CG artist Jer Bot helped with creation of the 3D body mesh.

A large drinking fountain in Victoria Park, London. The Burdett-Coutts memorial fountain was designed by Henry Astley Darbishire in 1862 for the philanthropist Angela Burdett Coutts (1814-1906).

This is an animation of a house gecko (Hemidactylus platyurus) photo-captured with the Beastcam MACRO live in the Irschick lab at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mass is 4.6 grams. CGI artist Johnson Martin retopologized and reconstructed the gecko from images captured with the Canon G16 cameras. We partnered with Cameron Siler from the University of Oklahoma and Tony Gamble from Marquette University to create this model, which they will use for testing models of predation and gliding in geckos.  Creation of this model was supported by NSF grant 1657662.

This is a 3D model (“Tumbleweed”) of a juvenile Kemps Ridley Sea Turtle (ID 132) (*Lepidochelys kempii*) that was initially rescued by the New England Aquarium in Massachusetts, and then photographed with the Beastcam technology with 30 Canon G16 cameras. The sea turtle was released soon after in the Southern United States in good condition. The 3D model was initially created through a photogrammetry scan using Capturing Reality.  We digitally scrubbed the ID tag on the shell.

Animator Robert Gutierrez used Blender to reconstruct the full sea turtle from these scans, as well as animate the movements. Jeanette Wyneken from Florida Atlantic University, and Connie Merigo from the New England Aquarium each provided feedback on the movements.

Disassembly J | Murder Drones [Read Description]

3D scan of a skeleton cast of the *Diplodocus carnegii*. These dinosaurs roamed North America 150 million years ago, during the Morrison formation in the Jurassic. 

This cast was gifted to Emperor Franz Joseph I in 1909 from the American tycoon Mr. Andrew Carnegie. The original skeleton of “Dippy” is mounted in the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburg, PA, USA.

The *Diplodocus* skeleton is the biggest exhibit at the NHM Vienna and Number 29 of the NHM Top 100. It can be found in Hall 10.

Diplodocus carnegii (NHMW-GEO-1909/0004/0003)

This is for the MasterpieceVR “Imagine And Create A Sustainable Future” competition.
This biomechanical creature is a Zonnedrucker G9 of the early kingdom biotronican. Zonnedruckers are mammoth 3d printers mostly used for printing [energy farming units](https://skfb.ly/6yUUt). They are capable of printing 1 sq. km. of energy farming equipment a month. They can operate fully autonomously over long periods of time. They can source most materials for printing on site and are capable of elemental conversion if resources are limited. They can be powered by the energy farming units they produce after a month of operation, but a buffer of 200,000 megawatts is required for startup. Their printing heads are composed of primarily ultra high density biological muscle tissue which is self repairing and highly precise.

Model 64A - Eastern Painted Turtle

The PKM was adopted into service in 1969. The PKM is a modernized, product-improved version of the PK. The upgrades, primarily aimed at reducing the weight, simplifying production, and facilitating easier operation. The receiver cover became more rigid due to lengthwise ribs. The butt was fitted with a hinged butt-rest. The barrel fluting was omitted and the flash hider was changed. Later on the PKM was equipped with a new black glass-filled polyamide buttstock and pistol grip shaped like the previously used laminated wooden stock and grip.

Model 71A - American Eel

Heidenturm in Kittsee (Burgenland). The late medieval watch and bell tower is the remnant of a church in the abandoned village of Lebarn. The tower is the only remnant of the former village. The four-storey building with a side length of 4.5 metres has remains of a gable wall in front on the east side, which is interpreted as the former nave of St. Michael's Church. 

The model was photographed from a distance of about 200 metres using only a drone. For this reason, details inside are not available.

This is an animation of a flying gecko (*Ptychozoon kuhli*) photo-captured with the Beastcam MACRO from a live gecko in the Irschick lab at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mass is 13.8 grams. CGI artist Johnson Martin retopologized and reconstructed the gecko from images captured with the Canon G16 cameras and other images primarily using Open-source tools such as Blender. We partnered with Cameron Siler from the University of Oklahoma and Tony Gamble from Marquette University to create this model, which they will use for testing models of gliding in geckos. Creation of this model was supported by NSF grant 1657662.
