Rocca Calascio is a mountaintop fortress or rocca in the Province of L'Aquila in Abruzzo, Italy.
Built of stone and masonry exclusively for military purposes and intended only to accommodate troops and never as residence for nobles, the fortress overlooks the Plain of Navelli at one of the highest points in the ancient Barony of Carapelle.

Construction of the fortress started in the tenth century as a single watchtower. A walled courtyard with four cylindrical towers at the corners around a taller inner tower was added in the thirteenth century. The lower half of the fortress is built with distinctively larger stones than its upper half. It is believed that this feature was to make its base impenetrable to invaders. The fortress was never tested in battle. However, it was badly damaged in November 1461 by an earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 7 to 8 on the Richter Scale.

Sci Fi Hallway FREE

3d model of a German heavy tank of the final period of the Second World War. It was produced serially from January 1944 to March 1945. In total, three experimental and 489 production tanks were produced. 
The model is made in blender. 
Textures are made in Substance Painter.

An officers hat from a Nazi soldier during WWII. I modeled and textured this for a VFX project where we made a movie set in Hengelo in 1944, the day before the allies bombed the city.

Tiger Tank was a German heavy tank of World War II that operated beginning in 1942 in Africa and in the Soviet Union, usually in independent heavy tank battalions. It gave the German Army its first armoured fighting vehicle that mounted the 8.8 cm KwK 36 gun (derived from the 8.8 cm Flak 36, the famous "eighty-eight" feared by Allied troops). 1,347 were built between August 1942 and August 1944.After August 1944, production of the Tiger I was phased out in favour of the Tiger II.

The Jagdpanther (German: "hunting panther"), Sd.Kfz. 173, was a highly-successful tank destroyer built by Germany during World War II based on the chassis of the Panther tank. It entered service in 1944 during the later stages of the war on the Eastern and Western Fronts. The Jagdpanther combined the 8.8 cm Pak 43 cannon, similar to the main gun of the Tiger II, and the armor and suspension of the Panther chassis.[1] During the last stages of the war, limited German production resulted in small production numbers, shortage of spare parts, and shortened crew training periods of younger operators.

US Wool Knit Cap, known as "Jeep Cap" since it was often worn by Jeep drivers. essentially a beanie with a brim. 
The M1944 Goggles are the Army-issue variant of the Air Force pattern B8 Goggles (issued since 1943). 

Goggles model is originally an 1974 SWDG Model made by **Olmo Potums** as part of their CVC helmet model ( https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/combat-vehicle-crewman-cvc-helmet-vietnam-era-c1516dc3d0ea420b9246334a94e5681e ) I've changed the straps and edited  the overall model to be more accurate to the 1944 pattern, also created a new texture and UV.

Medusa

In the build up to D-Day, American servicemen inscribed their names and home towns on a brick wall of the then mortuary building prior to embarkation from Southampton heading to the beaches of Normandy on June 6th 1944.

The project commemorates the 75th anniversary of D-Day through recording of the wall and  its inscriptions using a range of photographic techniques, as well as research into the surviving names to try to identify individuals and find out more about their stories. The ongoing reserach and database is now available through an interactive viewer.

ЗИС-150 (с 26 июня 1956 — ЗИЛ-150) — советский среднетоннажный грузовой автомобиль, выпускавшийся в период с 1947 по 1957 год (за рубежом — до 1986 года). Являлся родоначальником второго поколения автомобилей ЗИС/ЗИЛ[источник не указан 743 дня].

В 1957 году был заменён на модель ЗИЛ-164, представлявшую собой модернизированный ЗИС-150. Было выпущено 771 883 экземпляра всех модификаций. В Румынии производство продолжалось до 1960 года, а в Китае — до 1986.
рузовой автомобиль ЗИС-150 должен был прийти на смену ЗИС-5 ещё в конце 1930-х годов. В 1938 году Заводом имени Сталина были построены опытные образцы грузовика, получившие название ЗИС-15. Данный автомобиль отличался трёхместной цельнометаллической кабиной, модернизированным двигателем мощностью 82 л. с., новой рамой. Однако Великая Отечественная война надолго отложила запуск модели в серию. Только в 1944 году на Заводе имени Сталина были изготовлены новые образцы грузовика с облицовкой передка, внешне очень похожие на американские
