The Nissan GT-R is a high-performance sports car and grand tourer produced by Nissan, which was unveiled in 2007. It is the successor to the Skyline GT-R, although no longer part of the Skyline range itself, that name now being used for Nissan's luxury-sport market.

Special edition forged alloys by RAYS in 20-inch size are included. The standard GT-R's aluminium trunk lid is swapped out for a full carbon fibre panel and additional spot welds and adhesive help strengthen the chassis. A front splitter with carbon fibre air ducts up front add to the special NISMO full aerodynamic package, while a large racing style carbon wing completes the rear.

The E9 BMW 3.0 CSL unveiled in 1971 at the Geneva Motor Show was a special homologation built to make the car eligible for racing in the European Touring Car Championship.

The ‘L’ in BMW designation usually denotes ‘long’ but in the case of the 3.0 CSL, it meant leicht (light) The weight loss was achieved by manufacturing the unit body in a thinner steel, and using aluminium for the bonnet, doors and boot lid. Perspex was used for the side windows and much of the trim and sound proofing was removed. This all equalled a 200kg weight saving over the standard car.

The GR Yaris is built on a unique platform, combining Toyota's new GA-B platform (which debuted on the new generation Yaris hatchback) and a rear section adapted from the GA-C platform used for the Corolla and C-HR. The rally team emphasised the importance of light weight and this is reflected in the use of aluminium body panels and a forged carbon composite roof in the body structure, and scrutiny of how weight could be reduced in parts throughout the car.

The Top Gear Geoff Electric Car is a deliberately shoddy, home‑built experimental EV created by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May as a comedic rival to the G‑Wiz in Series 14, Episode 2 of Top Gear. Improvised from a milk float chassis, scrap body panels, and an electric motor powered by two scavenged batteries, it was designed as much to mock early eco‑cars as to test the trio’s ability to “save the planet” with their own zero‑emissions vehicle.
Geoff’s  is a tall, boxy, almost Jeep‑like shape clad in flat aluminium sheet, with crude panel gaps, awkward proportions, and minimal attention to aerodynamics or comfort. Its reflective metal body gives it a harsh, unfinished look, while the cramped, upright cabin forced the team to literally bolt on a raised “roof box” so Hammond could sit inside without hitting his head. There is almost no ventilation, little sound insulation, and the interir feels more like a hastily built shed than a finished car.

Aluminium Profile

A mirror, also known as a looking glass, is an object that reflects an image. Light that bounces off a mirror forms an image of whatever is in front of it, which is then focused through the lens of the eye or a camera. Mirrors reverse the direction of light at an angle equal to its incidence. This allows the viewer to see themselves or objects behind them, or even objects that are at an angle from them but out of their field of view, such as around a corner.
