Over the years the building has been a warehouse for the Baumgarten & Co.
toy manufacturers and stationers’, an upholstery shop, a roller skating
rink, a mattress factory, cabinet makers, a furniture repair shop, and
artist and maker studios.

New development has been proposed by Cross St Partners to convert it into a mixed use space for offices, production, and/or retail space.

This building is a replica of the Hungry Jack's fast food outlet planned on Bargara Road, Bundaberg intended for Cities Sklyines.

Hungry Jack's is an Australian fast food franchise of Burger King founded by Jack Cowin in 1971.
The retail owns and operates all of the Burger King/Hungry Jack's restaurants in Australia.
When Burger King expanded into Australia an Adelaide restaurant was already called Burger King.
Unable to use the US name Jack Cowin decided to name his fast food chain Hungry Jack's instead.

The brand now has more than 420 restaurants serving every major population centre in the country.

Radio Rentals was formed by Percy Perring-Thoms in 1930 in Brighton, Sussex, UK to rent out radio sets as well as offering televisions and video recorders for rent in later years. In 1939, the business expanded into Australia with the first shopfront opening on Market Street, Sydney in 1937. The company now operates over 90 Radio Rentals stores within Australia, and 28 stores in New Zealand.

Subaru of America, Inc. introduced the 2018 WRX STI that offers performance, comfort, design and safety enhancements for a more rewarding driving experience. The new Subaru WRX STI is available at Subaru retailers from spring 2017.

A restyled front fascia of the Subaru WRX STI shows a sportier attitude, highlighted by a more aggressive front end with a larger lower grille opening. Both STI trims feature redesigned LED Steering Responsive Headlights that help illuminate curves in nighttime driving. The Ferrari F40 (Type F120) is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car engineered by Nicola Materazzi with styling by Pininfarina. It was built from 1987 until 1993, with the LM, Competizione and GTE race car versions continuing production from 1994 to 1996 respectively. As the successor to the 288 GTO (also engineered by Materazzi), it was designed to celebrate Ferrari's 40th anniversary and was the last Ferrari automobile personally approved by Enzo Ferrari. At the time it was Ferrari's fastest, most powerful, and most expensive car for sale.
The car debuted with a planned production total of four hundred units and a factory suggested retail price of approximately US$400,000 (fivefold the price of its predecessor, the 288 GTO) in 1987 ($1,130,000 today). One of those that belonged to the Formula One driver Nigel Mansell was sold for the then record of £1 million in 1990, a record that stood into the 2010s.
