Actualmente el edificio se conserva en ruinas. Aunque bastante deterioradas, restan en pie las cuatro paredes que revelan una estructura de planta cuadrada realizada en mampostería. Se construye en tres alturas. En las dos superiores hay una distribución regular de vanos de forma cuadrada, que proporcionan la ventilación necesaria para secar el papel en la última etapa del trabajo. La planta inferior consta de tres vanos de acceso en su fachada principal.
