This is not accurate to the official model that's there in-game. You could probably extract it somehow from the game files should you be looking for a more accurate and high fidelity model.

About the textures and shaders:
Please note that this model was done for a lookdev in Unreal Engine. As a result of that, this model has reasonably good applications of material IDs to the individual meshes and faces, however it lacks proper naming conventions and it would be difficult for you to assign relevant textures.
You can refer the film through the aobve link to understand which texture is sitting on which mesh.

Champions Field - Rocket League Stadium

Like so many other pieces of armour in the Royal Armoury's collection, this helmet was made in Augsburg, Germany in the 1540s. 

This helmet features a collar of three interlocking riveted plates as protection for the wearer’s neck. The helmet visor consists of two parts; a visor with a horisontal viewing slot that can be lifted separately and an upper-bevor with breathing holes.
2-piece slotted visors became increasingly common during the second quarter of the 16th century. 

Along the edges and on both sides of the helmet comb there is an etched decor.

The jet pilot style helmet gives a very characteristic and frightening look to the Vulture, but also provides him with protection and breathing assistance to resist high altitude flights.

Another entry for the contest, there is Blue Whale now, biggest living mammal. Do you know these breathing holes on his head is actually nostrils? And dolphins has only one hole and it's a left nostril? Now you do, and all of that is because of challenge. :-)

Leathern Drake is rideable and made with Blockbench. This drake can breathing fire and even bite them, so be careful to near it if it's not owned you or even someone.

Flower-shaped breathing mask valve

Stylized Realistic NidoKing

Transposition of the great arteries (TGA) occurs when the two main arteries are blood vessels leaving the heart or reversed and there is a hole in the wall between the right and left ventricle called a ventricular septal defect (VSD). The pulmonary artery arises from the left ventricle (instead of the right), sending oxygen-rich blood back to the lungs. The aorta arises from the right ventricle (instead of the left), sending oxygen-poor blood back to the body. This misrouting stops oxygen from being delivered to the body’s tissues and organs and can be life-threatening. The VSD can allow the for the deoxygenated and oxygenated blood to mix. Babies can look blue, especially around the lips and nails. They can have a fast heart rate, fast breathing, and poor feeding.
