Note for Unreal Engine Users
For some reason I do not know why Unreal Engine has these textures as super reflective. If you come across this problem I would recommend increasing the brightness of the roughness maps to 3.0 for the floor and 4.2 for the wall textures etc. 

Btw I would also love to hear back from projects my work has been used on.

I was looking for some abandoned places and this picture held my attention :

The cross vaults were a bit tricky to model but nothing compared to the texture baking (all the crashes while rendering drove me nut!!).

A man with mysterious origins, Omen is focused on hindering the vision of his enemies with things like an orb that strikes those in his sights with nearsightedness and another that bursts to obscure the vision of everyone nearby. He can also teleport a short distance, or use his ultimate to teleport anywhere on the map as a shadow.

Saw this on a highway driving through Nevada, so I HAD to capture it.

**Plane**
In what must have seemed like a good idea at the time, the owners of the brothel promoted an interesting challenge with a very naughty prize. A mattress would be placed in the center of a large star painted on the desert floor—if one were to parachute out of an airplane (airplane provided) and land on the mattress, they would be the lucky winner of a night with the lady of his choice, on the house!

Unsurprisingly, things went horribly wrong. Long story short, scantily-clad women plus distracted, inexperienced pilot plus heavy cross winds equal the plane plummeting straight into the ground. The Swedish History Museum holds a large collection of bones of various kinds, including human remains. We living humans are both appalled by and attracted to visible evidence of death. The scanned human remains presented on Sketchfab from our museum are important museum artefacts, chosen because they represent a specific historical event. They also represent one of humanity’s worst acts: violence towards other humans. It is therefore our wish that you, as a viewer, use the 3D-models with respect. 

The image shows a human cranium with injuries on its left and front side. A small, square hole above the left eye and on the left cheek bone was probably caused by a pole weapon or a battle axe. The gash across the mouth could have been caused by a sword or a thin bladed axe.The cranium is one of several thousand artifacts found in a mass grave outside Visby on the island Gotland. All remains and objects found on the site stem from a battle between Gotlandic peasants and Danish mercenaries on 27 July 1361.

You approach the great ravine with intention to cross to the other side… There you see a something strange!  Giant metallic arms lift up an entire building and carry it towards you! Customs official who lives in a Mobile Home greets you and asks for a toll. As soon as you hand over the money - she invites you on board. “Welcome to house of between” - she says and smiles. She looks into a distance and frowns "Some stay here forever".

This animated scene was modelled in Blender 3.0 in a style I call STEAMPUNK CHINESE GOTHIC based on the assets I am creating for Unreal Engine 4 (Steampunk Town). Hope you like it!

Mobile Home

This Stegosaurus skeleton from the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is more than 26 feet long and over nine feet tall. The bony beast is a permanent display with steel shaped around it, welded in place, and puttied together, making it impossible to take apart. Which means it was super difficult to scan! Triebold Paleontology, Inc. scanned the dinosaur using Artec Space Spider and Artec Studio software. The scanning involved crawling into the rib cage, then perching atop a step ladder just to reach the peaks of the big fan-shaped plates on the dinosaur’s back. The scanner captured everything from the nose to the tail spikes. Beyond aligning the scans, Artec Studio also reduced the mesh size to the desired level for manipulating the 3D model and 3D printing. Scanning time: 1 week - Processing time: 2 months (629 individual scans across 71 scan projects).

It is so high that the light ochre church within (Notre Dame de l’Assomption built in 1764) can be seen from afar. Friedrich Nietzsche stayed in one of the oldest houses of Eze and found inspiration for his third part of "Thus spake Zarathoustra" while climbing to the village by the path. Model made in Zbrush and textured in Substance 3d Painter.  The download for this model (original format) will give you the model with textures as displayed here.  Most of the surface detail has been painted on in Substance Painter so will not appear in a 3d print.   I have also included an additional STL file  (click additional file at download) which I have used for 3d printing - see image below (sorry additional file temporarily missing - am looking for it).  This version has surface detail such as the crosses but does not have all of the engraved detail seen in the model displayed here.

The Tobacco Warehouse on 1103 N. Caroline St. was constructed for leaf tobacco storage circa
1875 by Becker Bros., a Baltimore firm formed by German immigrants.
Over the years the building has been a warehouse for the Baumgarten & Co.
toy manufacturers and stationers’, an upholstery shop, a roller skating
rink, a mattress factory, cabinet makers, a furniture repair shop, and
artist and maker studios.

New development has been proposed by Cross St Partners to convert it into a mixed use space for offices, production, and/or retail space.
