This is a low-poly character. It's fully rigged. If you use it for anything, you don't have to credit but it would be appreciated. As it says, there's 528 tris/polygons, 722 edges and 266 vertices (both un-including any rig parts). i made this as an archival record incase the site changes it's logo in the future! Also isn't it fun to just see the cube in 3d spinning? i also did pick the same color as the site Background color for a "seamless" look!!

Made in Blender in 15 mins:
* I downloaded the .svg from official press kit
* remodel the cube in 3d
* quick keyframe animations
* tried to add som isosphere, but didnt really like them
* all colors are vertex based, no UV required. Enjoy!

We modeled the brain structure of Tyrannosaurus rex by CT scanning a fossilized braincase (AMNH FR 5117) from the collection of the American Museum of Natural History. We segmented the brain cavity and associated internal structures using Avizo, yielding what's known as a brain endocast. We then cleaned up the model in Maya, tweaked and branded it in Zbrush, and then uploaded it to Sketchfab. Ryan Ridgely did the 3D visualization work, and Witmer and Ridgely published a scientific article on tyrannosaur brain evolution, including this specimen, in 2009 (https://bit.ly/3TuVtqp). An OBJ file can be downloaded here and, if necessary, converted to an STL for 3D printing. Not for commercial use.

Shiva Nataraja (after conservation), c. 1100 CE

Le Condor des Andes, *Vultur gryphus* (Linné, 1758), rapace charognard, est le plus grand oiseau terrestre de l’hémisphère ouest. Ce vautour fut vénéré par les peuples incas et des fêtes lui sont encore consacrées. Sa silhouette imposante lui a valu de figurer sur de nombreux symboles nationaux des pays andins et il continu d’inspirer les hommes en tant qu’animal puissant capable d’atteindre les plus hautes cimes. Malheureusement, aujourd’hui, la population de condors des Andes est en décroissance continuelle.

Ce spécimen mâle, a été collecté en Patagonie, en 1831, par Alcide Dessalines d’Orbigny (1802-1857). Aujourd’hui ce condor est conservé au Muséum d’histoire naturelle de La Rochelle, ville où le naturaliste vécut son enfance.
