For missing maps, it seems to be a bug from sketchfab that cames with larger files. This project was meant to have 24 textures: 20 (4x5) PBR maps (lamberts that you can altlas in one macro texture, with a bit of work in maya and photoshop, or use separately for more resolution) + 4 ORM maps (this project it's also prepared for UE4, so the ORM maps that you see are just Ambient Occlusion, Roughness and Metallic compressed in a single RGB map for internal optimization in Unreal Engine)
