    Here is my Bristleback fan art for DOTA 2, based on the early concept. 
    Make it with idea to get DOTA 2 like shading, and as main render I choose Sketchfab. So all the textures was tested and fixed with in realtime with drag and drop feature in 3d-setings mode, Mettalic objects are shaded with Metal/Rough only and organic parts are shaded with additional Specular maps.

   Animated used Biped in 3DS-max, also used blendshapes new feature for facial exprasions.

   I make this model downloadable, so you can explore more detales about  about maps and shading, and if you interested in my lightning setup or anything alse about this project let me know in coments section.

Bristleback DOTA Fan-Art

Time to share this model I've been working on for a while! It's Ouro Kronii from Hololive Council! Really happy how this model turned out this time round because I put a lot more focus on having a practical mesh to work with when I go onto rigging (I even made blendshapes! haha ヾ(≧▽≦*)o). Because of this, I was able to make this pose a 'little' more dynamic than my other ones.

I also had her other sword model completed, but I didn't include it here because I wasn't happy with how it turned out. I switched to 3D Coat Textura since my Substance Painter license expired and I had to get familiar with the new software. I was initially happy with how the first sword turned out, but I got into the groove to things when I was texturing the second sword. It turned out much better and I couldn't be bothered re-texturing my first attempt. I also enlarged the sword so the pose would work.

Update Note: 
1. Legs are now seperated from body, making animation more accessible, but not perfect, use with caution.
2. 3 types of blendshape facial spots available.
3. 2 eye blendshapes available, eye open/close/relaxed, eyes are movable.
4. Made its tail a bit more rounded.
5. Blendshape mouth and tooth, tooth are retractable, mouth is movable.
6. Face can now be tweak and moved for motion.

This took way longer than I expected due to the legs, it's really difficult for me to figure out how to make it stretchy yet IK relative, it sorta works now, but I can imagine a lot of people having trouble if not rendering in flat shade as it might look weird.

Regardless, glad I'm able to get this out before Halloween!

it's was a challenge for two reasons: first: i only use 1 texture of 256/256 pixels composed of 4 gradiants. Seconds: it s the first time that i use animation with sketchfab. Result: super effective workflow and the .blend file works really well, even with blendshapes.

Scanned by Doob, optimized and rigged by High Fidelity. I've retargeted animations, used it as a game character in Unity, an avatar in VR, and rendered videos with it.

The only texture is a color diffuse. It would probably look better with roughness, normals, etc. for skin, hair, and clothing. But this is okay for wide and medium distances.
