Nicknames: "\/|/\CO/\/\ II", Wigga-Wigga II", "VIACOM 2000", "Robocom", "ViaBot", "Letters of Glass"

Logo: On a smoky blue background, we see the letters of "VIACOM" in a glass font zooming out, being stacked in front of each other, then spreading out. The background is full of the letters of the word along with a blue smoke effect that slowly clears out. Horizon Zero Dawn Character Fanart

This is not the original "La Danse" of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux, but a copy by Jean Juge in the façade of Opera Garnier in Paris, while the original one is in Orsay Museum since 1988. There were models of "La Danse" in Sketchfab, like jks_rnr's one (https://skfb.ly/CAOJ) - the very same model in Opera, or Geoffrey Marchal's one from Copenhagen, Denmark  (https://skfb.ly/FzGu). Nevertheless, there is a pleasure to take photos myself. 65 photos of 24MPixel are taken in Sunday morning the July 26th, 2015 with my Sony A6000 and 19mm prime lens. I like to add some context, so there is pedestal and stair of the Opera.

Comparing to the model of  jks_rnr uploaded several months ago, there is one  thumb missing (for real) in a hand of a nymph, what's a pity.

Paulie "Big Ape" Fontini

This is one of the most stunning places in the Paris catacombs. Built in the early XIX century, this fountain is located under the Luxembourg garden (at the place where once stood the great *Chartreuse* of Paris - a large monastery of the Carthusian religious order).

Louis Héricart-de-Thury (then the General Inspector of the Paris' underground quarries) built the fountain to drain underground water and better monitor the water tables. The water has a blue-green color thanks to some minerals. It's one of the best places to have a break during a night of underground exploration.

Wizardry: Still Life

Cette machine à fabriquer les bouteilles a été inventée par Claude Boucher. La machine a été mise au point dès 1894 à la verrerie de Cognac. Le brevet d'invention a été déposé en 1898. Elle fut primée lors de l'Exposition Universelle de 1900. Le modèle présenté ici est en fonte et a été réalisé en 1903 par la fonderie du Poitou.

Il s'agit de la première machine semi-automatique à fabriquer des bouteilles. Cette machine a permis d’améliorer la productivité en réduisant le temps de formation et en améliorant les conditions de travail. En effet, il était désormais possible de faire appel à de simples manœuvres et d’utiliser un compresseur mécanique pour souffler le verre.

Machine à fabriquer les bouteilles

In search for inspiration I went down to my basement (well, it’s COVID time, I don’t have too much options :D) and well, I found one - a 1870s Singer sewing machine. It's broken, almost every elements in it refuses to work properly and it got eaten by corrosion, but it's still beautiful and become the main reference for this project, although ornaments I've designed looks as later, kinda art deco style.
Manufactured by absolutely fictional Willoughsby Manufacturing Comapny.

This beautiful font used in Willoughsby Manufacturing Company logo is Grenadier NF by Nick Curtis.

Model in .fbx, under 10k vertices and it comes with two materials: 

Machine - AO, Base Color, Roughness, Normal, Opacity, Height and Metallic in 4k

Table - AO, Base Color, Roughness, Normal, Height and Metallic in 2k

All base materials are completely procedural, made in Substance Designer

Software used in this project: Blender, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Inkscape

"Fontaine de l'observatoire" is a monumental fountain located in the Jardin Marco Polo, south of the Jardin du Luxembourg in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, with sculpture by Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux,  Emmanuel Frémiet, Eugène Legrain. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fontaine_de_l%27Observatoire)

I took more than 300 photos of 10Mpxel for this fountain.  But I reduced photos to 2.5Mpixel to build this model in Sketchfab by Smart3dCapture.

A vending machine, inspired by **cats.**

This project took about 4 days. Some decals were drawn on paper, and cleaned up in Blender. I also used some fonts from Dafont.com.

I have learnt a ton of stuff while making the prop, like using anchors in Substance Painter, and drawing on the texture map.

**Note:** The normals on the bottles and cans are horrible, i will remaster this asset in the future.

Cat Vending Machine (4K)

The Louvois Fountain in Paris, an hommage for 4 great rivers in France:  the Seine, the Garonne, the Loire, and the Saône.

Ce modèle se présente souvent par paire.
Ce vase bleu profond présente une panse quadrilobée
surmontée d’un col droit cerné d’un anneau finissant
sur une lèvre triangulaire pincée à gorge interne, de
couleur crème. Le pied est séparé de la panse par un
pied cantonné de quatre mascarons barbus posés sur
un cuir à enroulement. Les deux appliques modelées
jouant le rôle d’anses sont constituées de griffons ailés à
torse féminin. Deux lobes de la panse portent un motif
stylisé de fontaine. Des motifs géométriques complètent
l’ensemble du décor.

Original textures (diffuse and normal) are 16k, downgraded to 8K on sketchfab.
Made in reality capture and lot of clean up in blender + manual painting of metalness map.
Scaled for VR sketchfab integration.

BMW M4 CSL (2023)

"Coupé, Sport, Leichtbau" : la quintessence de la performance BMW M. Allégée de 100 kg et forte de 550 ch, cette édition limitée à 1 000 exemplaires est une ode à la vitesse pure. Son flat-6 biturbo et son châssis affûté pour le Nürburgring en font la M4 la plus radicale jamais conçue.
