24/Seven is a hardly-modified replica of Mazda RX7-FD. This exact model is from "Highway 35: World Race" movie.

This ride gor a tri-rotary twin-turbo engine with 7-speed manual gearbox, and, as a special features, body camouflage and night-vision windshield. This car is perfect to have a drag race while listening rap and hip-hop at top volume!

It is most likely the first track made for Planet Hot Wheels judging by it's usage in beta builds meaning this track could be around 24-25 years old.
