A dark knight, inspired by "Dark Souls" and "The Lord Of The Rings". 
My focus with this project was to practise hard-surface modeling along with some animal study.

The groundstuff was made by using megascans.

The Witch-king of Angmar, also known as the Lord of the Nazgûl and the Black Captain, is a character in Tolkien's legendarium. In J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, he is the chief of the Nazgûl or "Ringwraiths", the chief servants of the Dark Lord, Sauron.

Scanned Minas Tirith Model (Lord of the Rings)

Just a couple of orcs inspired by the Uruk Hais in Lord of the Rings. 

Zbrush, 3Ds Max, Substance and Photoshop was used in the creation.

My first proper attempt at a character, as well as my first proper crack at sculpting. It's a troll from LOTR, with some slight creative liberties taken; the trolls in the films aren't quite so jacked. Looking to animate it as well, and add another version with armor, but that will have to wait. I have to figure out how in the world i export out the pose space deformations before i can add animations to it.

Also, props to Sketchfab's Sub Surface Scattering addition. It makes such a huge difference for skin realism.

Sculpted in 3D-Coat, retopo in Maya, rigged & posed in Maya, textured & baked in Substance Painter.

Mordor Troll - "Olog Hai" - Lord of the Rings

A simple statue for a game that fell through, inspired by lord of the rings, and Bethesdas elven armor

Wall and tree brief that I was given at university. It was a simple brief to create a wall and tree that would fit in the lord of the rings world. After a few designs I settled with this one.
i used Maya to model and uv map and then i used substance painter,designer and photoshop to  texture the assets.

Barad-dûr, the “Dark Tower,” is a fictional place in J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth writings and is described in The Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion, and other works. It is an enormous fortress of the Dark Lord Sauron, whence he rules the volcanic and barren land of Mordor. Located in northwest Mordor, near Mount Doom, the Eye of Sauron keeps watch over Middle-earth from its highest tower. The name is pronounced "Ba'rad doorr" with emphasis placed on the "rr." The Lieutenant of Barad-dûr is the Mouth of Sauron, who acts as an ambassador and herald for Mordor and Sauron.

Barad-dûr was completed by Sauron in 1600 of the Second Age. It was destroyed following the victory of the Last Alliance of Elves and Men at the end of the age. Rebuilding began in the Third Age, 67 years before the War of the Ring. As the Dark Tower is held together by Sauron's magic, it collapses upon the destruction of the One Ring.

Free Tavern props

The white walls ([Weisse Wand](https://www.almenrausch.at/touren/detail/weisse-wand-2517-m-aus-dem-knuttental/) ) is a  2517 meter peek on the Durrek group ridge. The tour up is around 3 hours, along a very steep path. Once on the top, you get a gorgeous paranomic view, of the both valleys surrounding it. We did this tour unfortantly on a rainy day (it was raining during the flight too), but usually you can see further than here. The walls themselves have a dominating white stone, which stands out in the valley, and feels like it is out of lord of the rings.
