The L1A1 Self Loading Rifle (SLR) was the standard issue service rifle for the United Kingdom. The SLR is an Inch pattern FAL, this means that it was derived from the Canadian C1A1. It also means that the L1A1 is mostly not parts compatible with the more common metric FALs. notably this includes magazines. So that means let's say that the Brits are fighting a county that uses metric FALs, if they happen to capture a collection of metric FALs they wouldn't be able to use any of them. And to add confusion to the L1A1 SLR story the Aussies also adopted the inch pattern FAL as the L1A1 SLR… Fortunately the Australian SLRs are mostly the same with the exception of the handguard. 

My L1A1 SLRs here are really one base receiver with two furniture sets. You can choose between the boring but reliable polymer or the full wood furniture sets. In addition you also get the 30 round magazine from the L2A1 machine gun along with the standard issue 20 rounder. The weapon is fully rigged.

The PKM was adopted into service in 1969. The PKM is a modernized, product-improved version of the PK. The upgrades, primarily aimed at reducing the weight, simplifying production, and facilitating easier operation. The receiver cover became more rigid due to lengthwise ribs. The butt was fitted with a hinged butt-rest. The barrel fluting was omitted and the flash hider was changed. Later on the PKM was equipped with a new black glass-filled polyamide buttstock and pistol grip shaped like the previously used laminated wooden stock and grip.

Comms Room - Assets

This is a Hunting Rifle that i modelled in Maya and Textured in Substance Painter. This model took around 4 hours to complete and another 2 hours to Unwrap.
The design of the rifle is based of the M24 Rifle that is used in the american army but i decided to give it a more real-world look to it. The overall poly count in maya was 7k but Substance Doubles it when texturing.

Technicien Geometre Total Lidar Station

A AKM assault rifle with an AK-303 Vepr Side Rail and an Aimpoint PRO Patrol Rifle Optic. The Model has a 16.2k tricount, and uses 4 2k textures. The model's UVs were grouped and mapped out according to the different sections of the rifle:

Map 1: Handguard, Frontsight, Barrel - 4.9k tricount
Map 2: Lower Receiver and Magazine - 3.3k tricount
Map 3: Upper Receiver, Grip and Buttstock - 2.6k tricount
Map 4: AK-303 Vepr Side Rail and Aimpoint PRO Patrol Rifle Optic - 5.3k tricount

The model consists of a total of 47 parts. Once printed out and assambled, the overall length of the model is 1220 mm.

It has 2 interlocking joints, therefore the model can be taken apart into 3 parts for easier tranportation and storage. The bipod is foldable. The charging handle can also be screwed in/out. The receiver and grip has empty space inside for electronics. It has a functioning trigger, all you need to do is to add a spring. The rear sight can be folded in as well. The barrel has T-tracks attached to it.

Technical parameters: 4959 triangles; 5 bones+4 as leaf; 1 material: rem870 8192×8192px textures (ID, Curvature, NormalDx, AO). Also read text document if you will textute this model.
