The Blue-headed Cassowary (specifically the Southern Cassowary) is a large, flightless, and prehistoric-looking bird found in the rainforests of Australia and New Guinea. Known as the "world's most dangerous bird," it features a vivid blue neck, red wattles, and a, keratin helmet-like casque on its head. These birds can grow up to 6 feet (1.8m) tall and weigh up to 170 pounds (77kg), making them the second heaviest bird on earth.
