This enclosure is designed for a temperature controller that plugs into a wall outlet and accepts an oven power cord as input. It switches the oven on and off to maintain a user-defined temperature, which can be set using the three buttons on the top of the unit. The enclosure is intended to be 3D printed in PETG with a minimum of three perimeters (walls) for adequate strength and heat resistance. Inside the box: A small PCB with a voltage regulator steps the voltage down from 22V to 12V to power the main control board because I have used a power supply from an old ink jet printer. The main temperature control board is a commercially available temperature control module (AliExpress). All screws are M3 countersunk, used with 3.5 mm M3 heat-set inserts. A small hole near the button openings is provided for the temperature probe wires. ⚠️ The maximum oven power is limited by the relay rating: 2500 W.
