The instrument is termed polyglobular due to the presence of multiple globular chambers forming the body of the flute. The piece is decorated with the modeled head and torso of a male figure wearing a cloth headdress, ear ornaments, a necklace, and wristbands. His arms are flexed, with the hands resting at the waist.
