Kidney-shaped ocarina with two resonating chambers. The direct-blowing mouthpiece is located at the end of the left chamber, while the right chamber has two tone holes. The front of the piece is decorated with a modeled figure of a seated male character with crossed legs, a protruding belly, and scarification markings on his forehead. He wears a headband, beaded necklace, round ear ornaments, and a belt, all applied using the appliqué technique. Traces of blue paint remain on some areas of its surface.
