The private house where 69-year-old Grigory lived after USSR collapsed and he lost his job at the Chernihiv factory, where he worked as an engineer. He moved to the village of Skorinets to enjoy his retirement, growing wine and tobacco. After the russian invasion, Ukrainian soldiers held the village, slept and stored ammunition in his house.
