One of the corbels with a decorative head resting near St Ite's Well in Killeedy, County Limerick. Unfortuntely, the pilgrims have carved a cross into its forehead disfiguring it somewhat. It very likely came from the church. I presume that because the hair isn't covered and there seems to be a beard indicated, it is a man.
