Description
3D scan of male figure that represents Porifera. Porifera is a phylum that belongs to the Kingdom Animalia and is commonly known as sponges. Sponges can be seen on the shaft of the dynamically posed sculpture.
The figure was created by Rudolf Weyr (1847-1914) and is part of the decorative program in Hall X of the Natural History Museum.
